I am returning to the hotel for the second time, this time I came with my family, everyone was delighted, the breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean, comfortable mattresses with pillows for a healthy sleep!

Was not a problem for us but you may like to take a room with shower rather than shower over the bath as was the junior suites.

I enjoyed being a little out of town but still close enough to walk. A little more local feel to the surroundings We loved our stay at sincerity and breakfast 10/10. Pools were lovely and clean and refreshing also!

Very clean and away from the noise and busy Hoi An centre …. A shuttle bus was provided by Sincerity for their customers worked well didn’t need to use taxis.

The staff at Hoian Sincerity hotel were so kind and helpful! It’s a lovely hotel with a pool and gym and the breakfast is really good. The hotel also offers regular and free shuttle buses to the old town and beach, as well as free bikes. The room was lovely and had air-conditioning, and was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here during their trip to HoiAn!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had the best time! The staff is so kind and helpfull. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing!! Every day we took a bike for free to explore the city and go to the beach. Would definately come back :)

Nothing- Our favourite part of our Vietnam trip

The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful I've come across. The facilities were great, lovely breakfast, amazing pool and area around it, good basic gym if you want to exercise on your holiday and beautiful rooms with a balcony. The location was perfect and a free shuttle bus runs to the town centre and beach several times a day, some fantastic restuarants, coffee shops and other amenities close by.

Everything was great! Lovely big room, great facilities, made good use of the pool and the gym. Both a good size and decent equipment in the gym. Also had a lovely massage in the spa. Service was next level, everyone super friendly and super helpful. To top it all off was the shuttle bus service into town and to the beach where they provide towel and have a private section with loungers and parasols. Highly recommend and would for sure go back. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff were the best. Ms. Snow in particular was amazing - she felt like a good friend by the time I left. They always offered me so many suggestions for food and activities and I even booked a day on the Cham Islands for a day trip which I recommend. Also the pool area is beautiful and I met some amazing people. A special mention to the free shuttle drivers who took me to the old town and back and is all included in the stay and the drivers were so nice and friendly too. Beautiful spot between to city and the beach, alongside rice fields too. Thanks for having me I will definitely come back!

The rooms can be at a very cheap and incredible price for this level of hotel (but in this case without view). Great people , beautiful swimming pool, fantastic breakfast. There's also a shuttle to go in the historical center.

Incredible staff, just to name a few that were exceptional - Sylvia, Ken, Jasmine, and Phoebe who went above and beyond but everyone was amazing and so welcoming! Pools are wonderful, breakfast is excellent, free shuttle to beach and town is very nice! Facilities are very good and clean and the rooms are large. Good location - 20 minute nice walk in to old town and located in nice quiet area with some great restaurants at very reasonable prices located nearby. We spent a month and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Silvia and staff were wonderful. Clean, quiet and good location within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from and nice spacious dining room for eating so never felt over crowded. Pool area looked nice but weather didn’t cooperate so didn’t get to use.

Pool area needs an upgrade and perhaps the rooms need a makeover

This is the second time I have stayed here, away from the old town but with so many tourists around it's nice to be away from the bustle , the shuttle bus runs reguarly to the old town so you don't miss any of the sites but it's nice to come back to the hotel away from the crowds great just relaxing by the pool the hotel is a bit dated but the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome Miss Snow at checkin is so happy when you check in and greets you with such a lovely smile and very helpfull, Jasmine and the resturant staff are also friendly and the food service is great Loved my stay at sincerity !
