AustraliaIn Asia all the beds are extremely hard, have not found a resort yet with a comfortable bed. Not the property fault…. I could not fault the resort or the amenities itself.
The property was stunning, if we were in Australia it would be a high end resort. The resort upgraded us, so our room was a penthouse overlooking the beach and pool area. Infinity pool was nice and quiet with a stunning view Bonus electric curtains, the shower with a view

AustraliaMy only complaint is that we went to a lot of trouble to arrange our transport to the airport with concierge helping us with their advice and assistance the day before but on our departure the transport did not turn up which caused a lot if stress and problems at the airport. Not good enough!
We loved the modern and new feel of the property, the hotel room we had with the ocean view was stunning and the resort was outstanding! We will definitely be back as your resort is a wonderful experience in such a pristine location on the beach with beautiful gardens and variety of pools. The service at the infinity pool was fantastic!

The views of the sea were amazing . We got an upgrade to an even better room (they gave a 160 m2 room !!!). The staff was very accommodating and provided a personal service, offered recommendations for restaurants and even booked for us . It was my birthday and they had organized a cake and a nice surprise. The spa was excellent (and so were the massages ). Breakfast was very good too. Although the hotel is about 25’minutes from Hoi An centre , the hotel provides very convenient shuttle bus service . It is a very modern hotel and I would have usually booked a boutique hotel in Hoi An, but I don’t regret it . It was an amazing experience.

Usually not one for resorts however this was truly an amazing hotel with so much to offer. We originally booked for one night as a luxury end to our stay in Hoi An till we moved on to the next place however we changed our flights to stay an extra night as we wanted to make the most of all the beautiful facilities to the hotel and to our surprise the staff upgraded us to the exec suite which was beautiful. They decorated the bed and made a lovely cake as it was my birthday. Level of detail to the hotel from the furniture of all spaces, to the tech in the rooms was amazing and what made the stay even better was the staff, they were all so helpful and accommodating a few stand out people are: Tina and daisy at front of house, Sunny and the team at breakfast, Vuong and the team at beach nox, Hung and the lifeguard team. We would definitely recommend this resort

AustraliaUpon check in Anh & Daisy were very helpful & accommodating. We arrived early & they were more than willing to allow us an early check in. Our room was an Ocean View Deluxe Suite King on the 13th floor. The staff had decorated our room & gave us a delicious cake for our anniversary which was just such a beautiful touch. The room was very spacious, with a walk in wardrobe, 2 toilets, a large bathroom with a bath & double hand basins, bedroom, lounge room & balcony. The housekeeping staff do a very thorough job of cleaning the room & also come back for a turn down service later in the day. We found the bed a little firm for our liking, this was quickly rectified with a mattress topper. During our 4 night stay, we dined at several of the restaurants on site. They were all excellent, including the breakfast offering, which would have to be the best hotel breakfast we have experienced in our travels. The grounds & gardens are beautifully maintained & lovely to walk amongst & look out upon. There are several pools, however we spent most of our time at the infinity pool on the 16th floor, as it was a little cooler up there due to the breeze. The pool attendant & also the lifeguard at the beach, would even lay the towel out on our sun loungers. We made use of the well equipped Gym, which also has a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle into Hoi An, however we didn’t make use of it, as we wanted to make the most of the hotel & facilities whilst we were there, including the beach. We were very sad to be checking out today to continue our travels, we would have stayed longer if we could have. I can’t imagine a property being more perfect, the absolute highlight though, was the staff. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile & a Xin Chao & couldn’t do enough to help us.

Truly one of the best resorts I've ever been to. Could easily spend days without thinking of going outside the resort area. Really enjoyed chilling around. Highly recommended.

South KoreaMost hotel staff do not speak English well. You can communicate basic things, but you will face some challenges if you have to explain yourself. I know this is a common problem in Vietnam, but it would be great if most staff could speak English well since it's a 5-star hotel. But I'd like to emphasize that the staff are amazingly kind!
My wife and I didn't have high expectations - perhaps due to our disappointments at different hotels in the region (we are based in Singapore, and we are sick of high prices and low-quality service in Singapore!). Not only our suite room was superb in terms of value for money, but we were literally blown away by the great service of the staff and how the hotel area (beach) was amazing to explore. We were there in mid-March, and the hotel area had amazing weather with a nice breeze. We initially thought Hoian generally had great weather, but we realized the downtown area was not the case when we visited Hoian downtown. Hence, we spent the next 3 days in the hotel area without wanting to visit downtown. Do note that I heard it gets quite hot and humid from June to August, and it's a rainfall season from November to Jan/Feb. Thus, March - early June would be amazing to stay there.

The infinity pool overlooking the sea was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. AustraliaThe Hoiana resort is currently under construction and only in stage 2 of 7 of development. This means that there was works everyday, loud and woke us up and some of the pools and bars were shut without notice. Airplay and chrome cast did not work in the room and the English channels played the same movie on repeat. One of the days the power was completely off due to government requirements, we were not notified before booking yet they were able to light up the stairs, the lobby the casino but not our room and gave us no compensation or alternative solution for the day (i.e somewhere to charge our phone). The property is located 30 minutes drive from town, in the bad weather there was no activities available to book as everything was full. The hotel clearly was catered to the Asian market as the language barrier was the biggest of anywhere we travelled in Vietnam and were not prepared. For a hotel of this price and calibre we expected more.
The property was beautiful with lots of restaurant options and great size rooms. The staff were amazing and greeted you everywhere that you went. They were always willing to go the extra step in bad weather.
