Water pressure wasn’t the best at the first floor

It's a little bit noisy at night and the bed is a little bit hard but still comfortable

The place was very clean, the check-in was very easy. We had a direct communication with the host and he was really nice. The location is very good, in the city center. There is a very good chocolate place right next door that I recommend.

Fire alarm was a little sensitive when cooking but fine if you open windows and keep the stove top closer to sink :)

Fantastic stay, bed is very comfy, great location to everything, shower was fine and lors of equipment to cook! Easy to check in by instructions and also payment easy (will come with a card machine if paying with an international card) Would definitely recommend.

The only cons is the location nearby night club so I failed to sleep well during midnight due to the sound pollution.

I really like the cleanliness of the room without any bad smells. The room is quite spacious and provides fast wi-fi and plus there is a smart tv which included netflix !

Theres a club nearby the building, the noise starts from 9pm and stops around 3am.

The staff was really helpful when I needed to store my luggage before check in and after check out. Almost answering everything instantly. Superb in view of services. Property was cozy, provides everything needed for a vacation stay. The small lift helps a lot with luggages, and cafe downstairs serve very nice coconut coffee. Location is quite convenient and safe.

Not complaining But needs a curtain on the glass door , when the occupants from the door opposite come back at night the automatic lights for the hall way come on and shine right through your glass door

The location is perfect for all areas near District 1 and it's located in a little alley away from the noise of the primary street. Nice decoration and very helpful service. Highly recommend.

We didn't happen to stay in this Homestay, yet we asked to moved into another one. The staff who helped us were so responsible and very nice, but the one who texted with me are irresponsible & only care on check-in check-out things. Hotline are busy when every time we made a call, which is very irritate me in the situation i had before which is stuck inside the elevator.

Unfortunately our stay started off on a bad note when we arrived at 2pm and the cleaner was still there cleaning the apartment even though checkin was at 2 so it should’ve been done before this. We had to sit out on the stairs in the heat until 2:30pm when she was finished. A small problem, but still frustrating when you’re already tired from travelling. Also, this homestay is located right next door to a rooftop bar, and while I was aware from the reviews that there was “a bit of noise from next door”, I was simply unaware of just how loud it would be. The bar advertised that it would close at 2:30am, but by 5am I was still wide awake and had been for the entire night with the loud music and vibrations that could be felt pulsing throughout the room. Even with the strongest ear plugs, nothing could block out the incredible noise. When I contacted the staff, they were nice and understanding about it but said they had no control over it and that the closing time for the bar online was just a guideline. Anyway, we had paid for two nights but had to leave after one and book a new hotel because we were so exhausted and couldn’t face another night of no sleep and pounding music which is what we heard when walking past that area again later that night. The bed was also quite hard and uncomfortable so it wasn’t great for sleeping on. Very sorry to write such negative comments but unfortunately that really was our experience. We wanted to love the place as it was so nicely decorated and so central in the city but it was just a disappointment unfortunately.

The room itself was nicely decorated and in a good location in terms of the city - very close to amenities and walking distance from everywhere. Staff were helpful most of the time and whatsapped well in advance to organise our arrival and plan ahead.

Our check out time was 12, yet we were rushed out by the cleaner at 10:40. Only negative thing to say.

Cons: - the shower is very small so it is impossible to take shower without splashing all around. The shower drain was blocked and the shower handle was broken; - poor cleaning; - no change of towels; - no garbage disposal; - water was leaking in the minibar.

Pros: - location; - spacios bed.
