Great location! walking distance from all the tourist amenities. The spa is great after a long day's walk. I had a lovely foot massage. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

We were so used to having water everyday in other places we stayed, there weren't any water in the rooms.. But not a big problem for us.. Oh, and wifi is a bit problem in the room (2nd floor) if you have limited internet it might be a problem, in our case we got the huge internet package so we were OK. Hope the comments help.

The staff were amazing, very helpful with all our needs, with big smiles 🤗 thank you again for your positive energy, the room was huge and clean, beds were comfortable.. The comments scared us a bit before arrival but during our stay everything was great.. The hostel is in a great location in the middle of Old Quarter but away from the chaos of Hà Noi..

They did not provide towels and the room I got in was so-so. But on my last day they moved me to a better room which was great.

The best selling point of this hostel was their only one, all-around staff: the girl at the reception. She is extremely friendly and went the extra miles to help us.

We stayed for 5 days and they didn’t change the towels or clean the room even once. Our garbage was overflowing by the end of our stay. There’s no elevator, which might be fine for young travelers, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for senior citizens, especially if you’re assigned to the top floor. But if you’re on a budget, it’s fine.

the thing that disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff here. the hotel staff attitude was bad, uncaring, unfriendly, uncommunicative, unpleasant as if the customer was bothering you. You sell a service, not people paying to beg to use the service. I hope they realize the work and its significance to change something.

The hostel was great. We had a fantastic stay. It was located at the center of old quarter hanoi so coffee shops, shops, hoan kiem lake and etc was very accessible. And the selling part of this hostel is their receptionist, her name is Hang..Like she's very accomodating and very helpful to the guests😊..She can carry your big backpacks & luggages upstairs with here petite body😁 and she's always smiling even if she's very tired😊

Nothing, everything is running smoothly

Everything... The staff is really nice and welcoming, the room is really comfortable and spacious and the location is just in the old quarter. Even if you just lend you can easily take the bus and the stop is just 10 minutes walking. In our room there are air con, kettle, really hot shower and enough space for a couple. Il Divo is also a caffè and a Spa, you can have your delicious egg coffee and a massage here

Worst Experience Ever, Total Scam! I have extensive experience with bookings and travel; I’ve traveled around the world and I’m far from being spoiled. However, what I experienced in this hotel is the worst and most unacceptable thing that has ever happened to me! When I arrived, the receptionist told me there was no water in the hotel and that they would transfer me to another hotel. That “other hotel” was far away, located at the top of some abandoned building, and it looked like something out of a horror movie. Inside, everything was dirty, neglected, and disgusting. When I entered the room, the first thing I saw was **human feces in the toilet bowl**! Words cannot describe how revolting it was. Of course, I couldn’t accept such conditions, so I insisted on returning to the hotel I originally booked. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and, whenever he didn’t like something I said, he claimed he didn’t understand English. After an hour of arguing, he finally agreed to take me back. Unfortunately, returning to the original hotel didn’t improve the situation. The room they gave me was incredibly dirty, smelled bad, and was unbearably noisy. The hallways were like a marketplace – people shouting, slamming doors, and walking around all night. It was absolutely impossible to sleep! To top it all off, the biggest scam happened on my last day. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for me, which I paid for in advance However, the taxi never showed up at the agreed time (3 a.m.), and I barely managed to make my flight. They took my money for a service they didn’t provide, which is completely unacceptable! This was by far the worst experience of my life. I’m warning everyone – do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances! It’s a scam, filthy, and the staff have no regard for their guests. Avoid this place at all costs!

One star because the poor girl at the reception was kinda nice and sorry for us. This is definitely the worst hostel I ever been to at arrival I ve been told a story about the room that I booked wasn't available so they gave me another room. I didn't mind as long as I had a decent room. But it wasnt good it was almost completly old and let down and very dirty. The bathroom door didn't close, there was this electric thing hanging out... The young man didnt even helped me to bring my luggage to the room the which was in the 2nd floor without any elevator. Please don't even think about going there ( there spa is not a real spa it's a beauty salon). I love old style and retro.. But not dilapidated!
