The staff at Jade go above and beyond for their customers. We left a passport behind and they organised for it to be delivered to our nest destination, free of charge. They were incredibly helpful and organised, we cannot thank them enough!!

Everything was fine, maybe breakfast was a bit random

The staff will do all they can to make you happy. Nicest staff I have met in a while of travel. Room is nice, they help you whith the luggage (no elevator) thinks work.

The bed was not so comfortable, I turned it around and was better; hotel does not have elevator but no worries, staff happily helps you with luggage. Coffee for breakfast could be better.

Nice hotel, well located in Hue, staff very nice and available, to provide support for tours etc. Rooms are simple but have all you need, fridge and even safe. Breakfast was simple but good (except coffee)

The bathroom shower drain was a little slow but this maybe an error on my part because I didn’t bother to see if there was a plug partially in. The toilets wasted a lot of water with each flushing.

I love that you could order breakfast items which consisted of Vietnamese coffee, mango smoothie, fresh fruits, bún bò Huế, fried rice with eggs/beef, toast, fried noodles, cereal, etc… The staff was aamazingly helpful and f friendly!

The hotel staff/management were possibly the best I’ve ever experienced . The lady on the front desk was amazing with help and advise and always had the biggest smile even after 13 hours at work , the rest of the guys were there at all times to help , carry bags and if you stand too long in the same spot bring you a glass of water 😂. They make the hotel quite special . The room was clean , bed really comfortable , and very hot shower . Breakfast was more than required all at a great price . One of the best 👍

No elevator, which could be an issue for people with reduced mobility. Air con only has on/off option (no regulation possible). Bathrooms could use some updating but are perfectly functioning.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff that made all possible so that our stay was great. Comfy beds and clean facilities. Breakfast made to order and great selections of tours available for booking last minute. Easy to communicate with hotel staff and ability to book transfers and laundry.

The Jade is always a comfortable , clean, safe place and located conveniently . The staff are exceptional especially the receptionist. This is our third stay here and it never disappoints . Breakfast is simple and tasty enough . If you want buffet or 5 star breakfast go somewhere else . One other thing that sets this apart is how quiet this hotel is no one banging doors, moving furniture or yelling in the corridor ( well it wasn't the times we stayed) that's an added bonus when travelling . We will return when in Hue again .

The location was quite nice, and the bed was so soft! The softest I’ve had in Asia, it was like a cloud. The staff here are also some of the friendliest I’ve ever met in a hotel. Super welcoming and helpful!
