My stay at JW Marriott was truly exceptional. The team is amazing, and the property itself is a masterpiece—full of art, intricate details, and fine architecture. The food was outstanding, but what made the experience even more memorable was Rafael at the restaurant. He is simply exceptional. From his body language to the way he addressed and received my requests, he showed incredible understanding, respect, and professionalism. He is a true jewel, and JW Marriott should be proud to have him representing them so perfectly.

Hotels of this type on the island provide complimentary transportation to and from the hotel. We were offered transportation that was quite expensive by local standards.

We visited the hotel for the second time, and it remains an architectural masterpiece, refined in every detail. It ranks among my top five hotels in the world. The hotel is located at the end of a beautiful white sand beach. Until last year, the beach was private, with access restricted to only hotel guests. This year, however, even non-guests are allowed to visit, but it hasn’t felt intrusive. The breakfast is the best, offering a splendid selection of European and Asian hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, and drinks—served in a sumptuous style.

The most beautiful resort in phu quoc is jw, I had an amazing stay in this resort, the room design is royal, I swear, the most beautiful room, I have ever been, very beautiful room, I loved the bathroom, and the balcony so spacious with an amazing view over the pool and the beach, and the breakfast was very delicious, and the staff are very welcoming and nice, and the amazing pools and the beautiful beach,the restaurants of resort are very good, and French and Co, I loved everything in this resort....

To sum it up: fantastic. We took spacious room overlooking the ocean with beautiful and big balcony, the bathroom, the bed everything is amazing. Hotel has the best beach on Phu Quoc, white sand with turquise sea, great bars and restaurants and property is well maintained with lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers etc. The pools are amazing, hotel lobby and reception absolutely stunning. The staff is also great, polite and helpful. Room service was also very good(amazing burger), with this hotel you cannot be unhappy. Very close to Sunset town, Cable car and around 25mins to the center. Close by on the beach you can find cool beach bars and it is great for evening walk.

Lack of GF choice on food, beer & snacks. Surprisingly little in the way of activities (mostly add-ons available), messaging wasn’t clear (we had no idea for eg about the market on saturday, the live music at Red Rum bar)

The fabulous location, size of the rooms, staff helpfulness, and breakfast was unbeatable! Shout-out for Rafael & Phap who ran the outside breakfast area - they worked like Trojans to keep us serviced, happy and the area clean. Always with a smile

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its perfect location, nestled by the magical emerald sea, where the water shimmers beautifully under the sun. The staff deserves special praise—they are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, and go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of our trip was the bike tour with our amazing guide, Phu. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey even more enjoyable, showing us breathtaking landscapes and sharing fascinating insights about the area. It was an experience we will cherish forever! The interiors and exteriors of the hotel are simply flawless—every detail is carefully thought out, from the elegant design of the rooms to the beautifully maintained gardens and common areas. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, making every moment here special. And of course, the food deserves a special mention! Every meal felt like a culinary journey, with incredibly delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The variety of flavors and fresh ingredients made every dining experience exciting and memorable. There were tree pools on the resort which is great, there is room for everyone. The beach was nice and clean, the water was super clean. About the breakfast: the coffee was top notch, a lot of options from different cuisines. The staff is very polite and always smiling.

The hotel is very beautiful with its own history which you can see everywhere in the resort. The room was fantastic with such a beautiful French design.

Beautifully designed hotel, attentive and polite staff, I recommend to get a room on the first floor ocean view because it was amazing to wake up with sunrise from the sea. Breakfast also was good.

The air from the air conditioner in our room wasn’t fresh.

The resort is beautiful. We tried all the restaurants and the signature beef pho was delicious. The French six course dinner at Pink Pearl was superb with excellent service especially Ms Serena. Staff were all great and helpful.

We loved everything about the resort. Beautiful and quirky architecture, clean beach, fabulous pools, amazing staff, large grounds and lots to do. It was our anniversary and we arrived to a beautifully decorated bed and a delicious cake. Thank you very much. We had an amazing time.

Breakfast is oriented on the Asian guests. All the breakfasts I ate were the same, cause I hadn't got a normal choice of European food: I ate eggs with bacon and hash browns all the time. Some days they had what they called oatmeal, but it was an oat powder boiled in water, terrible for me.

This hotel is a special experience! I think it is the most extraordinary hotel I've ever been at. Great architecture, details, artifacts, history, design. My 100% recommendation if you want something special with the wow-effect.
