We had a great stay at Hanoi Harmonia Hotel and Spa. The best part is the location, situated at the centre of the city making it very convenient to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Their warm hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

On the other hand, there were a few areas for improvement. I found the buffet to be small with a limited variety of food, and I hope to see more options in the future. Additionally, the hotel lacks a gym or swimming pool, which would have been a great amenity to have during my stay. Overall, despite these minor points, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel's central location is another major plus. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and markets, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the friendly, welcoming staff truly made the difference. The pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast doesn’t offer many options. Sometimes you can see very small ants walking on the floor or on desk but i think it’s normal in Hanoi

We have come and gone from Harmonia as we’ve explored Vietnam over several trips. We have appreciated their invaluable assistance with transport & trip planning. We’ve appreciated timely check-in, the size, comfort, cleanliness and amenity of rooms and the pleasant assistance of staff. The variety of the breakfast buffet has been enjoyed. We like staying at Harmonia so much we’ve already booked our next stay!

Harmonia Hotel was the perfect place to stay. A great location in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the old city. Great coffee shops, restaurants, street food, and unique shopping 🛍️ Absolutely nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff at the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the Harmonia team. They’re always happy to help you with anything you need; organising a GRAB, a sim for your phone, a trip to / from the airport ✈️ , a recommendation for a service or item you’re looking for, sending out washing, or an umbrella for a rainy ☔️ day, a trip to Ha Long Bay or anywhere else you may want to go.

The restaurant could be better accommodated ( aesthetics)but they provided a delicious breakfast !

We stayed here at the beginning and end to a wonderful month long travel in Vietnam. The hotel staff were exceptional and accommodated travel arrival delays, provided advice and supported any queries and changes we needed not only when staying with them but during our travel time . Shoutout to Chloe and Edward for their excellent, level headed advice and reassurance. Heartily recommend to all travellers .
