The hotel was amazing from the minute I arrived. The host was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. It was all the little things like arranging to do laundry, arranging massages including dropping us off to the spa, offering to book tours and the breakfasts were amazing. The room was amazing and so clean. I will stay again for sure, Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed.

There is nothing not to like about this property.

Great location on the River. Walking distance to restaurants, shops & although a longer walk to Old Town it’s only a quick Grab away. The host also offers free transport locally however we were happy to make our own arrangements. Beautifully presented and very comfortable with more than enough linen and toiletries. Breakfast choices, quality and quantity was outstanding. Friendly family hosts who could not do more for you. By far the best hosting experience we have had both locally and overseas. Ridiculously good value for money. Would stay here again and again.

A unique garden sanctuary by the river within pleasant walking distance to the old town, and outstanding hospitality unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere. Delicious and very generous breakfasts were brought to the villa, and I enjoyed lunch each day at the cafe by the water, choosing from an extensive and affordable menu. Accommodation included laundry service, bottled water, and fresh fruit each day.

The first day I came here, I was shocked by the garden scenery. The boss was very enthusiastic in service. No matter what I wanted to eat or where I wanted to go, she would meet my requirements. I look forward to coming here again next year. Thank you very much for the boss's thoughtful service.

Nothing not to like !

This was the most amazing stay, Duong was a fantastic host and the property is beautiful. Lovely comfortable room, laundry and lifts into town were complementary and the view over the river was stunning. Great WiFi , lovely breakfast included. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

It is close to the old city, but not so close that it’s noisy and busy like it is in the old city. There are beautiful flowers everywhere. The hotel manager is one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met—she will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Also, this is the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a place. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the coffee is also amazing!

Everything was amazing here. The host was very welcoming and they provide free bicycle and also provide motorbike for rental. The cafe is very beautiful with so many kind of flowers. The coconut coffee was the best I've had in Vietnam. We loved our stay here as we had the best view of river. The host will drop you by car around Hoi An for free. The breakfast is fulfilling and host will be there to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

We loved everything about Khamy. The location worked very well for us, the colours were amazing, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was exceptional, the staff were amazingly warm, hospitable and friendly, we had free use of bicycles and the owner’s scooter, plus free laundry! The price was incredibly reasonable.

The fridge in the room is very noisy, but it has an easy fix: simply switch it off during the night. Everything else was perfect!

Everything was perfect. The owner and her family were incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to make our stay wonderful. The location is beautiful, surrounded by flowers and fish. Additionally, the bed is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place 100%. The guy who works at the bar makes the best coffee ever! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here. The owner is super friendly and always there to help. For breakfast we got a whole menu that we could choose from and they prepared everything fresh - it was delicious! Our room was spacious and we had a big balcony where we could chill even when it was raining. It’s located right by the river, around 15-20min walk to the city or just 5min by car, Grab (like Uber) worked great and is cheap. When the owner was free, she even offered to drive us. We definitely recommend to stay here and will come back!

Ms. Yun and the staff were excellent, always helpful to arrange things like tours and give you advice! The gardens are beautiful and the location is quiet but also a 20 minutes walk away from the city center. Highly recommended!

it was very beautiful, flowers everywhere and we were surprised that there were no mosquitos. The location was very nice were we could take a walk near the river until reach Hoi an town center.

An absolutely adorable villa, literally drowning in flowers, on the quiet riverside of Hoi An. Memories Land is a 10-minute walk away, and Hoi An Old Town is 20 minutes away. The extremely friendly hostess did everything to make our 8 px group happy - let us choose our rooms (all big and beautiful), pre-order breakfast, helped us book tickets for the Memories Show, recommended bst places to dine. The garden of the villa is simply magical - orchids, ponds with beautiful fish and of course the lanterns.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the place.

Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The proprietor couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - she really made us feel at home and dealt with our requests quickly and efficiently. We truly loved the hotel and surroundings and would certainly book the venue again. A wonderful experience.

Although the hotel is not especially equipped to accommodate children, the staff went above to ensure our children were comfortable.

The ambiance was very relaxing mirroring the local area. The front is covered with beautiful flowers and walking through the vine roots to the room is like walking through the looking glass. Their French toast was exceptionally delicious, but there is an assortment of other Vietnamese breakfast options. The room A/C was a refreshing break from the heat. The staff were especially helpful in setting up several local tours.

An amazing and unusual hotel completely covered in flowers. We had the superior bungalow which is a huge beautifully furnished room with balconies overlooking the flowers and the river. Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast sitting alongside the river. Free bikes you can borrow to cycle through the rice fields to the beach. About 30 mins walk from the centre but a nice walk, along the river. It’s so pretty that tourists stop and take photos. The flowers, hanging baskets and koi are amazing. Fantastic value.

Fabulous secret gem. A must when staying in Hoi An. Absolutely beautiful place set on the river just a short cycle to the old town. Staff couldn't do enough for you. I would recommend hole heartedly. Not big on writing reviews but this place is that good more than happy to give 10/10.
