VietnamI know it is in the middle of the nature but when i just checked in staff was catching quite a big snake in a balcony on the first floor. So I was so scared and I couldn’t stay or enjoy hotel after seeing it there . Maybe it is just my bad luck, i don’t know how common is it. Some others we’re staying in 5 star hotel and happened to them too so I can’t blame hotel for that.
It is near to the airport and the night market. Location is good. Beds were okay not super comfy not super hard. Matrass topper would help. Staff are friendly and smiley.

United KingdomI came in the off season so the local shops and restaurants are understandably closed as the resort is very close to the airport, maximum 11 minute drive and the bulk of bigger hotels are further up.
The staff were so welcoming to a solo traveller. The amenities are focused towards self catering which in the busy season I would imagine is very convenient. They provided a taxi in advance of my flight via the chat on booking.com which made me feel safer and it was good value. I also had a taxi to and back from the night market which really made my stay better. I didn't' have much food as it was a last minute stop over however they brought me to their personal kitchen and made me noodles which went above and beyond. I'm really happy that I stayed with very welcoming and hospitable staff for my last minute stopover, they made a difficult situation much better for me.

Location was amazing. From the hotel itself you can rent the bike. So, no need to visit any bike rental. A bit far from downtown. But peaceful place. 9/10 from my side. Host is so nice. He talks via Google transybit he try his best to help you in any way.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms was fantastic, very spacious, clean and we had the beautiful view of the rain Forrest. We had two rooms booked and I cannot fault them.

I needed to book a place close to the airport for 1 night. This place fulfilled that.

The staff and the quietness of the place its of the track a couple of 3 miles from the main drag. Where are plenty of restaurants and bars. No problem they hire scooters at a reasonable price. No Russians so that was a bonus

MalaysiaI have travelled a lot and this is by far the worst check in experience. I opted for a pick up at the airport for 150000vnd but the driver was late. Rather than paying to the hotel, the driver asked me for money when he dropped me (which made me feel like he is not their in house driver) so I would advise you guys to grab for only 100000vnd. I arrived at the hotel and no one was really there to assist me and there was no one who speaks English. I also found dead mosquito and stains on the bed and below the pillow. The overall experience was just below average.
Nothing except for location pretty close to airport and spacious room.
