United KingdomHmm let's see. A lift that does not even go to ground floor. No shower gel for the shower just empty bottles the previous guest left. Told staff that the lightbulb and smoke alarm battery needed replacing and they said "sure we will send someone" and then they never fixed it. Stained bed sheet. Advertised as an apartment stay but it had no kitchen. It had a extractor fan for the hob but no actual hob. So you cant cook. No plates no bowls no spoons no knives no forks no nothing. There was a kettle and some coffee tea and sugar but no actual spoon to stir the tea once you put the sugar in. I had to use my toothbrush. You starting to get the idea? These people have no clue how to run a hotel. I gave them my laundry on the last day with the promise that it would be back next MORNING as my ferry to saigon and to the airport was due to leave at lunchtime. Then they sent my entire clothes collection (other than what I was wearing) to the wrong business leading to missed ferry, lots of last minute panic, a delay of several days once I got to saigon to sort out their mess. Almost missed my flight to Europe which would have cost me about $1,000 USD and I still ended up losing several days of my holiday trying to sort out their mess. No apology or offer of compensation. Nothing.
Erm well it has nice marble floors. That's all. Location not bad.
