No halal food options at all as a 5 star global amenity most comparators in hanoi itself cater to muslim dietary needs would want to book in this hotel again but limitation for breakfast menu with no halal options make it my last choice to book

I enjoyed everything about our stay, especially the facilities and exceptional guest services. Although we checked out at 12:00 noon, our flight wasn't until later that night, so we use the spare time shopping in Lotte Mall. When we went back to pick up our luggage, I truly appreciated that they allowed us to use their facilities so we could freshen up and change before heading to the airport.

This is a very small suggestion: the gym needs fitness and resistance bands (of all different sizes), more and bigger stretching mats.

The staff is incredible--so kind, helpful, doing lots of extra things (like helping me to cross the busy street). I had a fantastic stay. This is truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

The hotel is quite far from downtown but closer to the airport.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The view to the lake is spectacular. The staff is friendly. The location adjacent to the shopping mall is a huge plus.

No food was available in the hotel until 8am when the restaurant opened. So no coffee either. That was disappointing when you woke up at 6am.

Staff is very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. The hotel and the rooms are exactly as the pictures on the website here and others! The location was excellent. The spa was able to fit us in it last minute. We stayed December the week after Christmas. Loved the lighting being able to dim and the bathroom showers and bathroom area was very elegant. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and cents!!

The service for shirt and pants pressing was disappointing. There were still crease lines when it was returned and they were not return on time as promised. To improve on this. The Mall below was decent but could be better with more branded selections. The communication barrier was still an issue.

Room service was excellent. Friendly staff. Check-in and check out was easy.

Didn’t love that the sink is in the room instead of the bathroom but that is the only thing we didn’t like. Everything else was perfect.

The room was great! Had a lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us. We stayed on the executive floor and enjoyed the food and drink provided. Definitely one of the best buffet breakfast’s we’ve had. The staff were excellent and very personable. The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym and sauna. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

The rooms are very small! In some rooms the sink is inside the room and not in the bathroom itself!! The staff are bad, unfriendly and unhelpful.

The hotel is new and modern, located on the lake and there is a shopping mall underneath! The breakfast was excellent and had many options.
