The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They coordinated our transportation to our next destination as well as did our laundry at a very reasonable price. Very happy overall.

The view from our room was pretty. It encapsulated the beauty of Sapa. The location is great. It was near a lot of tourist spots. There were a lot of places to explore nearby by foot. The staff were amazing. I loved their chocolate drink for breakfast.
