I got a beautiful room with large windows overlooking the mountain, the staff was lovely especially Duck and Ling. They made sure to pack me breakfast every day for my trips.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location to walking around and seeing the local sights (lake, sun plaza transportation to Fansipan summit). The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They coordinated our transportation to our next destination as well as did our laundry at a very reasonable price. Very happy overall.

Only allowed 1 coffee with breakfast and rather confusing trying to understand this. We offered to pay for a 2nd coffee but this was difficult to explain!!

Nothing, honestly. Everything was almost great.

The view from our room was pretty. It encapsulated the beauty of Sapa. The location is great. It was near a lot of tourist spots. There were a lot of places to explore nearby by foot. The staff were amazing. I loved their chocolate drink for breakfast.

Shower was not operating at 100% Took ages to get hot water but worked eventually.

The stay in Ladybird was amazing. The room was clean, the bed very comfortables, and the wifi strong (support remote working and videocall). The stuff was very polite, kind, and available to respond to the requests. The food of the restaurant was special, and the price was average compared to other locations. In short, highly recommended.

Breakfast can be better.

Great location in the middle of Sapa town. Walking distance to Fansipan Sapa Station. Many foods and Cafe are all within a short walking distance. Room and bed are clean.

Brilliant stay. The hotel is in the centre of Sapa. It was very clean and had all the amenities you could need including toothbrush and toothpaste, razors, combs, soap etc. The included breakfast was a very good size portion and good value for money. Would recommend the restaurant too if you don’t know where to eat.

If you like great service and a comfortable bed in central Sapa then this hotel is for you.Overlooking a park in the middle of town this midsize hotel with the best food and coffee is the place to stay.I couldn’t recommend any better service from the attending staff who looked after us. Cheers Rob

The room is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need as travelers. The location is the best of the best as it is in the main park area. The ventilation is good. We really loved it and are so grateful to be well rested in the comfy room after long hours of walking around and traveling. Breakfast was simple but well worth the price paid!

The property was well situated and the fact that it was near the square and church was great, no properties or business right on the door step. Plent of food options close by. The rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would stay there again.
