What I liked most about Laguna Hotel is Exceptional Staff. They were so Friendly. Receptionist allowed me early checkin. Room allotted me was "Non-smoking" but still someone stayed earlier had smoked there, it felt so. She sprayed room freshener. For Hot water Issue they were quick to resolve it. I am very Happy with their service. Do consider Laguna Hotel for your stay, worth staying there.

ColombiaThe rooms could use better cleaning, especially the bathroom. There are some scraps and the glass doors look dirty. I stayed one night and honestly waited to shower until my next destination.
Comfy and simple hotel in a convenient location, perfect if you have business around the PMH area. Good enough to spend a couple of nights.
