The shower with the bath tub is terrible as water was splashed everywhere as there wasn’t any curtains around the tub. Even though you held the shower head and being very careful the water was still going everywhere in the bathroom and wet the floor. The bathroom towels had lots of black stains, they looked gross ! Underneath the bed there are lots of rubbish.

Hotel only have one elevator, and it stuck on the ground floor which required mechanical maintenance. Guest have to use stairwell to go up and down during the maintenance

This hotel have concierges who help guest with luggage from curb side to lobby and to room upon check in, and again from lobby to curb side to catch taxi when check out.

There was a lizard in my room the moment I walked in. They also cut the power to my room near check out time.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated and could be benefited from an upgrade. However, given the price, I am happy.

The location is great as the hotel sits in the central of District 5 with a lot of shops and street food options nearby. We booked three rooms for a combination of two/three nights and we totally enjoyed our stays.

We prepaid in cash to avoid bank card fees. Reception lounge is hot and receptionist won't turn on air conditioning unless large amount of guess gather around for check in

This hotel was fully booked during our stayed. All the restaurants and street food vendors near the hotel are opened up after the Lunar New Year. Hotel allowed us for late check out for our night flight

House keeper sometimes forget about complimentary coffee and tea, guess needs to call the front desk for this. Hotel prefers cash payment or bank transfer account. Using international credit cards are subject to 2.5% fee

Like many hotels in Vietnam, the time for checking in is around 2pm and checking out is 12pm. Hotel allows guess to check in as early as 10am or as late as 3pm for extra charge 150000VND per 3 hours as if room is available

Concierge was just sitting there busy with their phone. I was surprised at their attitude, sitting there at the door looking into their phone as guests came up and down the steps with luggage.

Great location, all the restaurants are within 5 minutes. Reception was really nice.

It’s an hourly rate hotel. I can only review the room I stayed in, which was old, with very basic and damaged furniture. Unfortunately it also wasn’t very clean, with hair from previous occupants and stains on the bed sheets. Unfortunately the thin walls cannot block out the sounds from the noisy hallway (at all times) and room next door. According to the pictures, other rooms might be significantly better.

Good location, friendly staff, very accommodating. I needed to stay in district 5 and this was a good option.

The rooms did not look like the images. The a/c wasn't cold - it kept the room cool but wouldn't get colder. It was a comfortable temperature, but if you come back into your room expecting to turn it to 16 degrees tk quickly cool down, you're better off taking a shower.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The staff was friendly as well. The rooms were clean. The hotel is on Nguyen Trai, the long shopping street in the city centre, but in District 5. Means it's a bit far away from the touristic places, but definitely not a bad location if you like shopping.

Hotel expected cash payment up front instead of credit card payment. Hotel only provided temporary receipt, red receipt with tax ID number provide only through email. In house bar offerred ice milk coffee at double the price compare to around the corner coffee stall

The door man helped me to transfer 4 luggages from curb side dropped off by taxi to my room. Receptionist offered to call for taxi or Grab bike when I moved out. wifi signal is very good,

A column of ants constantly marching along a wall. However they were very small and didn't invade the bed, as long as one is careful not to leave residual food around. Scarse acoustic isolation. Disturbet sometimes by hearing other guests speaking loudly or being noisy during sleeping hours. The street, while it's very quiet in the night, starts to be noisy at around 6.30, Difficult to talk in English with the staff.

The essential elemetents to have a good stay for many days were satisfying: - comfortable bed - good shower - daily cleaning and change of towels I also enjoyed: 24h reception complementary bottle of water safe to store valuable item position close to varius bus stops and places to eat complementary toilet items and slippers possibility to extend check-out time (by hourly fee)

The air conditioner isn’t working well and the room isn’t cool. I need to borrow a fan. Also, the room is too dark because the light is broken.
