We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

VietnamLocation was great! Right in the centre of the town and walking distance to the beach. The owner was really helpful - I had left my laptop at the airport and was very stressed about getting it back, and she arranged cheap transport for me straight away so I could go back and get it. Also arranged for a shuttle to and from the airport.

GermanyOwner didn't seem really friendly but maybe that's just her normal attitude. We expected everything to be a bit more special/comfy but it was just a very basic accomodation - still fine!
It's a good location, central and not too far from most restaurants. Room was good and it's quite handy to have the supermarket on the ground floor.

We had a great time at this hotel. The landlady was lovely and she didn't mind us staying until 3 pm on the check-out day. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

United StatesI booked for 3 nights ahead of time but only stayed for the first night. The owner/staff didn't want to help me cancel the second 2 nights and charged me 20% for the 2 nights I didn't stay, saying that she has to pay that to booking, which does not make sense to me.
