We eat vegetarian and during the rainy season there is not a lot of choice. I don’t know how this is when it’s high season, but it’s good to know when you eat vegetarian ;)

Really great location with an amazing view over the lake. The resort looks really pretty and luxurious. The staff is really friendly and we really loved being in the nature. It’s so peaceful!

you have to pay a deposit although on booking it is pay at property and then you are charged 3% on top for card some things at the restaurant are very overpriced and not the best of quality but don’t get it wrong there is some very nice options there

The mattress was pretty hard. They were also doing some construction work during my time there, so it wasn’t pleasant to have a 7am wake up on a Sunday morning due to construction sounds. This may not bother some, but others would find the sound very frustrating.

Beautiful surrounding area, nice rooms and little cabins. They have a lavender field and lots of photo spots. There was live music on Saturday night and it was such a good time!

Not a lot of activities for families and kids. We asked for the boat trip around the lake but service was not available. sound proofing was terrible.

I came during the weekdays so there was no buffet. Instead the hotel offered unlimited set menu order, which was good enough for us. The room was spacious with magnificent view to the lake and pine forest. Toilet is relatively small but well maintained and clean. The restaurant offered good choice at reasonable price.

The breakfast was often not warm and the first day we arrived before 8am there was a big group of tourists and food was already mostly gone except for some noodles and rice . No replenish so we feedback to the manager Ly and she was kind to bring us little pastry for my father . The hotel’s restaurant food was not fantastic so the place is not so near to city center . You will need to have transportation to find food . But we love the remoteness of this place so it was expected that we would need to travel out to get better food.

The place is lovely with the fresh air , wonderful views and lovely gardens . Service from the staffs were best . Special thanks to Ly who helped us and was so kind to pack for us breakfast when one day I had to go off at 4am for a trip . Even the guard to the resort were so helpful as we were traveling with my 94 years old father . They did not hesitate to assist him to walk to the room . The rooms were spacious and lovely .

Since the location is far from the city center, you have a very limited option in terms of food. You can only relay to the hotel restaurant although they are serving descent food it would have been nice if there's other option. We have tried ordering delivery via grab food several times but it was cancelled due to no availability of driver.

The place was so lovely. The view was so amazing. Its kind of far from the city center so for those who wish to have a quiet time this will be the perfect place for you.

Food option is restricted to only the restaurant. But we can order “grab food” easily .The resort is big and There are some areas that are still under construction.

The view is great facing the Lake. The rooms are all well constructed to have a nice facing. We can just sit at the room balcony and enjoy the place. Ly made extra effort to make sure our stay was comfortable

The food offer needs improvement, it was very simple and common. It is to be noted because there is not many options around. You have to go to Dalat city where you have many tasty options.

Beautiful view on the lake, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The dome tent was clean and thoughtful. I recommend the place but you need to arrange a guide for hiking, there is no signed path in the hills.

When we arrived, the room wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. I believe they had just finished building it, so there was a fine film of dust covering the whole place. The shower curtain doesn't really prevent water from going on the floor, so we had a constantly wet floor.

The location was perfect for us, as we wanted a secluded place in nature. The view of the lake and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. We had an area to park our bikes and the staff was friendly.

The Lavender is an amazing place to stay. The bungalows are pristine, cozy, and feature beautiful balconies that bring us closer to nature. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to assist, making us feel completely at home. The food, whether for breakfast or dinner, is tasty. And the smoothies here have consistently impressed us. However, the true highlight is the stunning view of the lake which is surrounded by lush nature and forest, it truly feels like we've stepped into paradise. We highly recommend this amazing retreat, you’ll fall in love with it!

The vibes are indeed glamorous and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been any better, especially outlooking the lake with the most amazing scenery anyone can ask for. The staff were welcoming and helped us in our stay.

The hospitality was dreadful, most of the staff don’t have a clue. We’ve been travelling around S.E Asia for 6 weeks and this was the worst place we stayed at in terms of hospitality. And it was more expensive than most places we’ve stayed. We were aware from previous reviews that there were no restaurants nearby and happy to use their restaurant. But it wasn’t a proper restaurant. Most tables were outside but it was too cold and windy. There is no service, you have to ask for a menu but get it on WhatsApp. I wanted a glass of red wine (which was on the menu) but they did not have any, only by the bottle. There was one small can of beer in the fridge, we suggested they put more in so they put just one extra in there. We were so frustrated with the whole experience, that we organised a taxi to take us to a different restaurant. The room was ok but the mattress was hard. We were awoken at 7am by construction work 50 meters from our room (we had asked for a quiet room).

If you want to have a pleasant lunch with an amazing view, this place is lovely. But as a hotel at the moment, it’s not. The view and the setting was lovely. This hotel is still being finished, lots of new accommodations being built. Once it is done, the setting will be amazing but they need to improve their customer service and hospitality by a huge amount (see below)
