The rooms are quite dark and my wife struggled with the lighting for doing her make up but not a major issue.

Located right in the centre of the Old Quarter this was a perfect location for us to explore Hanoi. Great to see all of the sights, all in walking distance. The hotel team were most welcoming and did their utmost to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is classic in style, the rooms aren’t massive but certainly big enough for a city visit. Carter the manager was most helpful.

We used the teaspoon in the room to ate the lovely free cake the hotel gave us. The next day after cleaning - everything looked ok (the bed was made, the cups which we used for tea looked cleaned, towels replaced, new water bottles etc) EXCEPT the dirty spoon was still there, along with the clean cups. Hopefully it was just an oversight but somehow made me doubt how much cleaning was actually being done (not just tidying up). Still had a wonderful stay. Just doing my part in washing the cups and teaspoons (again) prior to using them.

Good location, great staff. Good sized room with a great bathroom. I noted in my booking that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a little strawberry cake 😍 We booked massages in the hotel spa and the service was great. Lastly, we had an early flight on our last day and the reception informed us they can prepare a breakfast box for us.

We booked multiple stays between trips around the north of Vietnam. The hotel was nice and clean with a good pool. The staff were very attentive and even recognised us (particularly Helena) and welcomed us back each time. They offered us use of the shower in the spa after check out when we had an evening departure, which was a lifesaver.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful – from the reception team to the porters, the spa staff, and the restaurant team – everyone went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, the bathroom was perfectly clean and well-equipped, and everything was kept in perfect order throughout my stay. I truly felt very well taken care of here, and I’m very grateful for the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi – it was simply excellent in every way.

The room is a bit dark.

The spa is really amazing! We had great massages there. The location is very good, very central. The breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of choices. The employees are very kind and helpful.

Great location right in the centre of the city, with a pool, bar and spa (all which were amazing). The staff were all so amazingly helpful and nice, always making conversation with us and assisting in any way they could. Perfect hotel to explore Hanoi from :)

The pool opening times are a bit weird, it would make more sense to be open at night.

Beautiful hotel with Very good breakfast that they also pack to go if you are going on an early tour. Comfy beds and big enough rooms. Helpful, friendly staff.

even though I said to the spa manager it was great because she was nice, the spa is not the best in the hotel.

Great location in the middle of the old quarter. The staff could not have been more helpful, they all went the extra mile to help. Breakfast was great, cocktails on the roof are a must.

In my room I smelled damp and I wondered if there was mold in the bathroom. Water was leaking out of the shower door. This needs to be looked at.

Very nice hotel a good location in the centre of Hanoi. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area on the 10th floor were great.
