Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IsraelThe room is stylish but was a bit small, seemed quite a bit less than the 25 meters advertised.
Very stylish and well designed boutique hotel. Quiet yet central. THE most comfy beds possible. The staff really try hard to make your visit enjoyable, above and beyond.

AntarcticaSince the hotel is located next to a nightclub, it might be noisy (they provide earplugs).
One of the greatest boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in: - staff are professional and kind - the room has everything and even more (sandal oil) - city center location - additional services were also included in the offer for free (in my case - laundry) - free parking for scooters

Location was excellent, perfect for walking around the town. The room was a good size even though it was narrow, lovely big bath tub too. Reception staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and friendly, numerous eateries all within walking distance.

The location is perfect, with a walking distance to the central and Dalat market. The room is new and well-designed with a bath tube in the middle. They are equipped with all the necessities, even earplugs as the hotel is closed to the street, but actually we didn’t have any problems with the noise. The 2 staffs day and night are top, they are really gentle, nice, and friendly they took care of us so well even we just stay for a night. We really appreciate it!

AustraliaEverything! Even from the pre-arrival right up until we left, the staff were the best - so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They even got us in touch with a driver, Mr Tuan, that took us from Dalat to Nha Trang. And he was wonderful too. Their English was great. The accommodation itself was so close to everything - restaurants, bars, cafes, the market and even the lake. A great location but also quiet enough that you could sleep well enough. The rooms themselves are quiet narrow so if you're a tall/big person, it could be small but we loved it. It was so cosy and we had our own little balcony. They did our laundry for free and the value for money was so good. If we ever come back, we'll stay here for sure and highly recommend it to others!

AustriaThere is no breakfast option available, however there are plenty of good places to eat around.
The staff was highly helpful and friendly! They always asked if we needed anything when we passed by them and if we did they made sure that they provided us with quality suggestions or support. The room itself is long and slightly narrow, but we liked it. There is no AC but a very powerful fan (we did not need AC as it was not hot during our stay in July. At this time of year you can see the locals wandering around in winter jackets). Bed, bathroom and other amenities were always cleaned properly.

Everything. The room is small but decorated beautifully with lots of natural light coming from the windows. The bed is super comfy like what you usually find at 5 star hotel. The location is great and convenient with many shops, restaurants, cocktail bars and local food stalls nearby. The staff is super caring and sweet and polite.

AustraliaThe only mention would be that the rooms don't have air-conditioning. Dalat is not a hot location though, being in the mountains the temperature is quite mild year round so we didn't feel like it was necessary.
The staff welcome you at the door like family (the sweetest and kindest staff I've ever experienced anywhere in the world). Location is perfect. Hotel is beautiful and good value as well.

This hotel was small but perfect in every way. The staff could not have been more helpful - they were all so sweet. They gave us lots of information about what to do, suggested restaurants, even helped provide wineglasses, a corkscrew and ice for a birthday bottle of Da Lat wine! The rooms are just lovely, unusual layout to fit in the space but beautifully done. Good size bed and free laundry. It is cooler in Da Lat so a fan was all we needed.

AustraliaThe property was located centrally to everything, with the street having several craft beer bars, chocolate shops, handmade shops, coffee shops, and walking distance to the best bakery in Da Lat called Lien Hoa. Our room was long and narrow, as is the building, with plenty of room to sit and have a drink. We had a great massage at Le Quy, and then came back to our room to shower off then have an epsom salt bath soak. The hot water didn’t run out! We were provided with filtered drinking water each day, which tasted great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

A really well thought out, small boutique hotel with fantastic service from the moment you walk in from everyone who works there. The rooms were cosy, with lovely products, super comfortable beds, and exceptionally clean. It was in a central location but set back enough for it to feel quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here.
