Upon checkout I was slightly disappointed that I was charged for the plastic shampoo bottle that had a crack in it and leaked . It was replaced but I hardly think it was charge worthy. Also on the last evening I some how lost my card key for my room and I was charged 159,000 vnd for that too. Other than that I had a great 13 day stay .

Property is located far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk and enjoy everything. Breakfast staff was excellent, Linda was a nice smile every morning and I felt at home.

Reasonably close to the old centre. Good value, with ok breakfast ... mostly cold food. A not very memorable hotel.

Very minor things but safe in room did not work, not that we mentioned it to staff. Pool left a little to be desired (photo represents it better than reality) still clean and nice enough.

There is no holder for shower gel and shampoo. There is also no hook in the toilet. There is no where you can hang your bathrobe and/or clothing.

Property is clean and staff are very friendly. location near the ancient town within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The staff was nice and tried to help, but their English was surprisingly limited. Breakfast was poor. Not a lot of options and most of the things was not fresh - the pastries were dry, the yogurt was clearly expired and the fruit had little mosquito flying around it. This really damaged the whole experience.

The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice, although it was between buildings. The location was great for what we wanted - close to the centre, but also easy access to the beach by motorbike.

In short, the breakfast was disappointing. The local products, though promising, were underutilized and not well preserved, and the baked goods were of notably poor quality. Unfortunately, I chose not to eat it, as it did not meet an acceptable standard

The location was exactly what I was looking for, and the layout and size of the rooms were excellent.

Do not stay in room 418, as it is right under the dinning room and we got woken up from anywhere from 4-45am onwards with the nosie from up there. How ever they will offer to move you

My 3 year old son stayed for 3 nights and every night the noise was so loud from other guests. And even though we were the 4th floor it felt like we were ground floor right next to a busy road. We told the staff of the noise and they said they had 2 large groups and were fully booked.

The breakfast could have been much better. The premier deluxe room that came with a bathtub was quite disappointing because of how the toilet has been designed. With the bathtub in the way, it's hard to shower without making the whole place wet. We managed to change to a deluxe room with a proper rain shower which was so much better.

The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. They answered any requests we have to the best of best abilities and the delivery was much more than what we expected. The front desk actually remembers me by the name and that shows a lot on the effort the staff put in in their work.

It smelled like a smoking room and it was a bit noisy in the morning with nearby construction.

This is a lovely hotel. The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, restaurant was fabulous.
