United StatesUpon checkout I was slightly disappointed that I was charged for the plastic shampoo bottle that had a crack in it and leaked . It was replaced but I hardly think it was charge worthy. Also on the last evening I some how lost my card key for my room and I was charged 159,000 vnd for that too. Other than that I had a great 13 day stay .
Property is located far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk and enjoy everything. Breakfast staff was excellent, Linda was a nice smile every morning and I felt at home.

NetherlandsThe staff was nice and tried to help, but their English was surprisingly limited. Breakfast was poor. Not a lot of options and most of the things was not fresh - the pastries were dry, the yogurt was clearly expired and the fruit had little mosquito flying around it. This really damaged the whole experience.
The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice, although it was between buildings. The location was great for what we wanted - close to the centre, but also easy access to the beach by motorbike.

SingaporeMy 3 year old son stayed for 3 nights and every night the noise was so loud from other guests. And even though we were the 4th floor it felt like we were ground floor right next to a busy road. We told the staff of the noise and they said they had 2 large groups and were fully booked.

United StatesThe breakfast could have been much better. The premier deluxe room that came with a bathtub was quite disappointing because of how the toilet has been designed. With the bathtub in the way, it's hard to shower without making the whole place wet. We managed to change to a deluxe room with a proper rain shower which was so much better.
The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. They answered any requests we have to the best of best abilities and the delivery was much more than what we expected. The front desk actually remembers me by the name and that shows a lot on the effort the staff put in in their work.
