If you dont have room close to router, internet is not really stable( thanks for support w that). If you have room w city view, be prepared for louds chicken and roosters (early in the morning) which are located next to hotel

The street in front can be noisy also during the night due to traffic and construction works, but a pair of earplugs solves this issue.

Really nice hotel, in a great location. 2 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are large and really clean. All the staff were really great and we even met the owner who gave us a free breakfast on our last day and came for a chat before we left. Would highly recommend

Sparkling clean, 2 min walk from the beach, wonderful people and a perfect stay. Built better than any hotel we stayed in Vietnam. Comfortable beds, big room, mini bar and everything seemed brand new. Van the owner was a gem and made us feel right at home. We didn't do breakfast but the buffet was on the top floor in a beautiful venue. Nice pool! English isn't perfect but they try their best and are smiley and happy to see you. Smooth check in and check out even over the busy lunar new years. Would stay again in a heartbeat

I had a wonderful stay here. I arrived early but was still able to check in ahead of the check-in time. The room was nice, airy and had a balcony. Located right on the street so convenient for shopping and eating. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic

It is a new construction. Extremely neat and clean. What I like was that the finishes were not flashy and kind of my taste. The owner of the hotel is Canadian, so we got connected. They offered free room upgrade and free breakfast which was highly appreciated. I have stayed in about half dozen hotels in past 3 weeks in Vietnam. Levan was the best stay amongst all and I wish I can go back there again as I had some extremely bad experiences in some other hotels. The staff( reception + dining and others) were extremely helpful and warm

Beach is about 5-10 minute walk away, this hotel is on the main street not a beachside resort.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Renovated spacious room, it was very large and offered amenities you would typically expect in higher tier rooms - such as a seating area, bench, make-up/dressing vanity. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and water. Breakfast is included at the rooftop, various types of Viet dishes but some western as well. Staff understands English and everything was very clean. There was even a backup generator when the city lost power! Everything was walkable but there's a free city bus in front and many red golf cart taxis.

Everything was really good. If this was on the beach side of the road it would be a 4 star. Staff were great, their English was good. As for the rooms it couldn't get any better for the price. Everything clean and new. Good water pressure and hot!!

The payment method ( cash only) on arrival. Breakfast didn’t cater for Australians very well.

The staff very friendly especially the young man serving the breakfast, so welcoming with such a lovely smile. The hotel was very clean.

Worst check in service I have ever experienced. We booked Seaview rooms they tried telling us it was city view rooms when we went to check in. I showed proof of Seaview booking through booking.com. This caused hours of just waiting as Levan tried saying it’s booking.coms fault yet booking.com said it was Levans . Absolutely not good experience at all then no apology whatsoever Aircon remote was not working so went and asked reception to please help sort this out. Told them that the batteries are probably needing replacing as remote does not sync with unit. Got told nothing was wrong so went and got batteries myself and guess what fixed ! We left a day early even though we’d paid for 3 nights just was disappointed all round could keep going as to why but moving on
