Nothing really. Except that the guests should be careful not to drop anything under the bed or behind the bed. I did drop my Apple Pencil there into the crack, and it was impossible to get it out. But that was unfortunate, not the hotel's fault.

The bed is extremely hard. There were no bedside lamps or light switches, so very bright room light. Somewhat noisy from traffic.

Great location with views over the lake. I was given an upgrade to a huge room so more than enough space. Thank you! Breakfast options are sufficient. I was given a packed breakfast when I needed to leave early one morning.

No bar no restaurant. Undergoing renovations but not mentioned. Rooftop bar closed but not disclosed. One room the bed was harder than concrete. Upgrade was a pleasant surprise. No airport shuttle or taxi arrivals point. Busy main street. Staff excellent 👏

By Vietnamese standards, this was quite an expensive hotel. For the added price we expected a very comfortable stay with some nice views of the lake. We booked the most expensive room they had available at the time, with a lake view. We were put on the 5th floor where we could still hear the eternal traffic noise and the traffic wardens whistles first thing in the morning. The view of the lake was also somewhat underwhelming from the 5th floor as you have many buildings around you that are higher than 5 floors, perhaps the room description would be better as “room with glimpses of the lake”. Small details in the room like bed side lights and a shelf in the shower for your soap were missing, which is surprising for a more luxurious hotel. Overall, for the price we were left slightly disappointed by the hotel.

Overall a nice hotel. We booked this hotel for our final stay in Vietnam after travelling the country for a couple of weeks. The place was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is pretty good with some nice walks around the area and easy access to the rest of the city by taxi.

For the price the room and hotel is actually very average. I think there may be better in Hanoi, however the price may have been high as it was around TET festival time.

Big rooms, breakfast quite good and friendly staff. Left my baggage there for a week with valuables and nothing was stolen which was great.

I think the breakfast range could be extended to offer a bigger varierty of dish. But I enjoy the current range. Would be lovely if the rooftop bar can be finished for a better time up there. The lobby might need a bit more decoration to feel a bit less empty.

The Location was the top 1 reason for me. The view from the Corner room was incredible. I love it 2nd thing would be the Breakfast being very good and tasty enough. 3rd thing would be the pricing being nice.

Breakfast has good variety. Hotel location is good, about 10 minutes car ride to the Old Quater. Many local small restaurants nearby.
