Sea view from 3rd floor room was amazing. Room lovely but no hot water for 2 of 3 night stay. Staff lovely, tried hard to provide a breakfast with limited choices for westerners. 3rd stay here over past 5 years, not sure if will return.

Property is on a step hill, not suitable for elderly people or anyone with a disability. Ring first to see what facilities are going and to see if the pool is still open to the public.

We arrived in the afternoon, we were happy with everything, bath room had a bath tub, bed was comfortable. We decided to ring up and get some food from the restaurant, we were notified it was only open for breakfast . So we found a nice restaurant just down the road. Came back and wanted to go for a swim, it was packed with locals and children learning to swim. We found out the owner of the property had open up the pool for anyone to use. So we decided to only stay for one night out of three. Manager was happy to refund our two nights, breakfast was good, no buffet, choice of two meals and a hot or cold drink. More than enough food. Mixed emotions as this property has alot to like about it.

It is located on the mountain side, it is rather slope. It is not convenient for the old persons who are hard to walk.

There is a large crane blocking the view of the sea when you sit by the pool.

Quiet location tucked away from the main street. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had requests such as bike rental. We had a generous 50% offer!

The breakfast wasn't good. Very small choice. Need cereal on menu. Continental breakfast was the tiniest mouthful of Bacon and 2 slices of Frankfurt, Green Salad, 1 Egg and 2 toast. No food places are open in the daytime within a 20 minute walk. Our lock on glass door in room 1505 was very difficult to open.

Some nearby construction around the hotel but this is Vung Tau generally so can't be helped really.. Some issues with room functions but the staff were there to fix things immediately.

Nice location easy access to Vung Tau beach and restaurants. Interesting building and rooms. Pool is lovely. Traditional Vietnamese food was nice.. Staff all excellent always welcoming helpful and polite. On site scooter to hire was nice. Always felt welcome. Rooms very clean. Air conditioning, TV and internet all excellent.

Some time i went back to resort late ( around 1:00 AM ) its really hard to contact to security to open the gate

Access to the property and rooms can be a challenge! Some work needs to be done so that the grounds match the quality of the rooms. Cushions on the sun loungers please:)

Only two bath towels and two hand towels in the room per day was not enough for us. At our request, staff brought more towels each day. We would have preferred more at check-in. The breakfast served was different than our ordered items. The changes were fine but it would have been better to give us a daily breakfast menu in the morning instead of ordering items in advance. It would also be nice for the staff to ensure that the dining area would be smoke-free. We enjoyed our meals until other guests started smoking nearby.

The location was good for us. Quiet but also not far from beachfront areas. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would be happy to return again!

Older hotel so a little rundown. Distance from busier part of town. Breakfast was disappointing. BOOKING.COM # Leman Cap Resort is now SV Boutique Hotel so when we arrived there was no record of our booking. We dealt directly with the hotel who were very helpful. Booking.com needs to take Leman Cap Resort off their listings and change it to SV Boutique.

The room had a fabulous view of the coast. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the infinity pool.

I liked it all but unfortunately the hotel pool was undergoing renovations. It would’ve been nice if we could go in there.

The view and the service and the staff! The room was very pretty too. There is a temple next to the hotel and cafes down at the bottom of the street. Also there is a big restaurant/beer hall as well.

Location is up numerous steps so v unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. It’s also in between 2 decent beaches, so you either walk or cab it there daily. Breakfast was pretty bad .

Family room was beautiful. It was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
