Leo is really nice and kind, she speaks good english, responses fast and fixes everything for you, like scooters or busrides. Next to that this room was very spacious which was nice after a couple of nights in hostels during my backpack trip. I also recommend to drive to cam rahn via the coastal road, the road is stunning

The main door in the room is not dense so that when you want to sleep early but the light outside still turned on then you cannot sleep since the light annoys you

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t sleep really well because the walls are very thin. I am a really light sleeper so maybe someone else wouldn’t be bothered by it but I heard other guest’s alarm clock at 5 am and before that I was woken up by someone opening the door and motorbikes outside. The street is actually not busy at all but as I said, I am a really light sleeper so everything wakes me up.

It’s a really beautiful homestay, clean and comfortable. The owner is really friendly and helpful. She is always available if you need help.

For me, Leo's homestay ticked all the boxes.

Very enjoyable stay. Van and her Mum and Dad were all friendly and welcoming. Also very tasty pho downstairs for breakfast and dinner.

Really comfortable stay with lovely and super kind host! She helped us out a lot. The room is also great, spacious and shower etc all very clean. The homestay has a great vibe. There’s many nice local shops, street food, cafes etc all short walks around the house. Also for vegetarians / vegans plenty around :))

Van and her family make you really feel at home, their house is so nicely decorated, you don't feel like being in a hotel, but really at home. The room was large enough, hot water in the private bathroom, very kind people! I can definitely recommend it

Hard mattress.

The family has a restaurant on the ground floor. Pho that my mom cooks is great! I've never had better in Vietnam. The daughter takes care of the running of the homestay, the whole family is very nice and friendly. They willingly lent us a scooter that was in good condition. We have never experienced a better attitude on our trip through Vietnam. I would go back to this accommodation again!

There are only stairs to get up to the rooms, so guests should keep in mind if they have heavy luggage that needs to be carried up. The water heating/shower was also a bit unpredictable but I only stayed very briefly so this probably could have been rectified had I stayed longer.

I only stayed here for half a day while waiting for a train from Thap Cham, but the room was comfortable, especially in a region as hot as Phan Rang. If you're looking for somewhere to do the same, I'd recommend this homestay, as it's only about 10 mins away from Ga Thap Cham by car. Many restaurants in easy walking distance, along with convenience stores — supermarkets like Co-op Mart and Winmart are only about 5min away by bike. Hosts were lovely and responsive; the manager/owner chatted with me on the street while I was alone and waiting for my taxi.

Clean room, friendly owner, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The location is close to everything, including the market, restaurants, and the night market. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there while doing a bicycle tour of Vietnam.

an ideal place for you to stop in Ninh Thuan, the room is clean and big enough, the owner is very friendly and loves animals, always supports you enthusiastically, I think you will not find a good homestay that is cheap than here
