The reception asked for keeping the passport when checking in. I refused then the reception asked for some money as a deposit. Money deposit should be the default option in my opinion.

Location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. A towel is provided and can be changed daily.

The pool wasnt as good as you see in the pictures but it doesnt matter honestly. You dont have much time to use it anyway if you are exploring Hanoi.

The location was perfect for everything. For the tours, for the attractions, the best restaurants... The staff has been amazing and helpful. The room was really clean and the bed so comfortable. Not the classic bunk beds with metal frames, it was in solid wood so they don't move when someone moves.

The staff were so friendly, the female dorms were clean and it was a very respectful stay. The food at resteraunt delicious. But best thing is location. Booking the ha giang loop was the best idea and Gavin and Ana made it so easy. Very responsive and they took care of me and made me feel so welcome always. I will definitely return and I cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Suggest provide hangers and place to hang clothes

Location at old quarter very convenient, many restaurants ,food stall & coffee shop nearby hostel, bed comfortable & clean, I like the big locker can fix my whole luggage and lock by access card, feel safety.

I stayed here 6 nights. I really liked it here. Bed very comfortable and clean. Hot shower. Very nice breakfast menu. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Mee and Ruby. Great price per night and good location. The lounge area very nice with beautiful chairs and tables. I'd stay here again in the future.

For the price of 8 dollars I can't complain for anything. The bunkbeds are comfortable, the location is real center and the receptionist My is more than helpful. I appreciate that I could do the check in early and the day I checked out, I left my luggage there the whole day, and just came back to pick it up at night. Thanks!

One of the best hostels in Hanoi. Little Charm exceeded all my expectations. Super clean, charming, and comfortable facilities. The restaurant area is perfect for relaxing and meeting people. But the real highlight was the staff, especially My, who worked at the reception. She was an amazing staff, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thanks to her, the atmosphere felt warm and truly special. Definitely a place I’d come back to again and again.

The best hostel in the whole trip. Very clean and spacious rooms, quiet, good lockers and clean bathroom (who gets cleaned quite often during the day). Downstairs there is an option for meals and as well activity desks. The reception team is very friendly.

The only thing I didn’t really like were the bathrooms – they are mixed-gender and there are relatively few showers (though I never had to wait). Also, the shower cabins are quite small and there’s not much space to put your things.

Perfect location right in the center, yet absolutely quiet and peaceful inside! The rooms were nice, clean, and super comfortable. The whole hostel felt very cool and modern. I didn’t use the indoor pool, but I’m sure it can be a great bonus. I also have to highlight the staff – they were super helpful and assisted me multiple times with changes to my reservation! The reception is open 24/7, so it wasn’t a problem at all when I arrived from the Ha Giang Loop around 2 AM. I stayed here twice and I would definitely come back again!

There’s isn’t much of a social space but the entire downstairs is a cafe and there is a pool so could meet people there and in your room

The beds were super spacious and comfy and the rooms had amazing aircon. The showers were also fab! You room key cards also opens the spacious lockers so you don’t have to worry about having your own padlock. The staff were always more than willing to help and can help organise day trips to popular places and also buses to your next destination
