I had a lovely stay at this hostel. The room was very clean and tidied daily by the cleaning staff. Fresh towels and water were provided every day, which was a really nice touch. There’s even a beauty salon on-site. Perfect for a relaxing spa day, and as a guest, you get a 20% discount! The room had a balcony and a fridge, which made the stay extra convenient. The staff speak English and are always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their service is great. They greet you warmly every time they see you and check if everything is okay. You really feel looked after here. Excellent location! Highly recommend! Note: The room wasn’t very spacious, but we already knew that before booking.

Little bit worn.

Great location and quiet. Comfortable bed. Cold aircon. Basic but has all you need for a stay in the heart of the Old Quarter. Bottle water provided free daily which was a nice touch. Night receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Free baggage storage.

Our room was situated in the third floor 301 (but it was understandable 'coz we all know that most of the hotel and hostels don't have elevators)

Nothing to dislike- only thing to note is the room isn’t super spacious and is quite narrow but that was no issue for us.

Great value- super central location right in the hustle and bustle. Awesome having a little balcony to watch the street below, the bathroom was clean/modern and spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed in a similar budget. The beds were surprisingly comfy- with really cozy doonas. Air conditioning worked super well, the staff were lovely and cleaned our room when we were away + left more water and fresh towels. Laundry service was also done super fast. Cannot thank the owner enough for her honesty- we accidentally left our wallet in the lobby right before getting on our sleeper bus and only realised as we were driving away. She checked all the areas for us and found the wallet! So lucky as it contained a lot of cash and it would be easy for someone to take it or be dishonest. Very thankful for that

We arrived very early after night bus from Sapa and the hotel owner let us have a little sleep on the massage tables while we waited for our room. This place is so central, across from great coffee places and local eats!! Would stay here again!

Good location, just walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were good and helpful. They allowed us to just leave our stuff after we checked out early and I got back the coat which I forgot in our room.

Limited storage space. Beds are very firm, my friend really struggled to sleep. For anybody that has physical limitations or health issues, this property doesn't have an elevator and there are a lot of stairs to carry large luggage.

Nice large room, we had a balcony so it was lovely to watch the hustle and bustle from above. Clean bathroom.

There was a weird shutter style window hidden behind a blind in the room that wouldn’t close. This made the room really cold as it was 10 degrees outside at night. I had to put the air con on the heat setting but it still didn’t warm up. This would be something to bare in mind if you’re coming to Hanoi when it’s colder

Really liked the location - less chaotic but within walking distance to the busier areas with cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly.
