Good location

I had a lovely stay at this hostel. The room was very clean and tidied daily by the cleaning staff. Fresh towels and water were provided every day, which was a really nice touch. There’s even a beauty salon on-site. Perfect for a relaxing spa day, and as a guest, you get a 20% discount! The room had a balcony and a fridge, which made the stay extra convenient. The staff speak English and are always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their service is great. They greet you warmly every time they see you and check if everything is okay. You really feel looked after here. Excellent location! Highly recommend! Note: The room wasn’t very spacious, but we already knew that before booking.

Great location and quiet. Comfortable bed. Cold aircon. Basic but has all you need for a stay in the heart of the Old Quarter. Bottle water provided free daily which was a nice touch. Night receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Free baggage storage.

Everything! We were surprised how we can easily locate it and how near it was to pretty much everywhere we want to go!

Our room was situated in the third floor 301 (but it was understandable 'coz we all know that most of the hotel and hostels don't have elevators)

Great value- super central location right in the hustle and bustle. Awesome having a little balcony to watch the street below, the bathroom was clean/modern and spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed in a similar budget. The beds were surprisingly comfy- with really cozy doonas. Air conditioning worked super well, the staff were lovely and cleaned our room when we were away + left more water and fresh towels. Laundry service was also done super fast. Cannot thank the owner enough for her honesty- we accidentally left our wallet in the lobby right before getting on our sleeper bus and only realised as we were driving away. She checked all the areas for us and found the wallet! So lucky as it contained a lot of cash and it would be easy for someone to take it or be dishonest. Very thankful for that

Nothing to dislike- only thing to note is the room isn’t super spacious and is quite narrow but that was no issue for us.

We arrived very early after night bus from Sapa and the hotel owner let us have a little sleep on the massage tables while we waited for our room. This place is so central, across from great coffee places and local eats!! Would stay here again!

The place is pretty run down, does not look like the photos presented on google and booking.com. Plug was out of the wall, noisy (doors don't block noise), toilet seat not fixed, shower head not working... The last straw was when I was pressured and forced to change rooms at my last day so they can accomodate a last minute booking, even if I pre-paid for this room and I told them I already unpacked all my stuff. Not the best experience so I went to stay in another hotel down the road after

Good location, just walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants. The staff were good and helpful. They allowed us to just leave our stuff after we checked out early and I got back the coat which I forgot in our room.

The toilet door lock should be fixed.

The property is on a walking distance to night market and many restaurants. Staff is really helpful. Martin helped us with the details we requested.

The hostel is in a great location and the staff are nice and very helpful. They organised laundry, airport taxi and massages which were very good. However, our room was very tired and and situated on the 4th floor of the hostel and as there is no lift it was a lot of stairs to climb. The bed and the pillows are hard but this may be my personal preference.
