Location was basically like being inside a nightclub between midnight and 04:30 every night.

I didn’t get the room I booked as they were apparently renovating the balcony so I was given a family room. Everything worked, it was spacious and comfortable.

Location excellent if you like walking street. Clean comfortable everything works. I was annoyed however that I booked a balcony room and when I arrived it wasn’t available. So a bit deceptive. But that seems to be common practice in Vietnam.

The staff was quite slow to warm up to customers. Or to talk in another way is their hospitality isn't the main thing they focus on.

We just stayed here for 2.5 hours of last minutes before leaving for the airport however I booked for 1 night. To compare the price with what you will receive from the property, it is very resonable and quite easy to understand why their ranking is at the average level.

It was too noisy. The door key broke on 2nd attempt and we were charged 50000 not happy about that as the lock was faulty. The price had been reduced from 4 million on a special to 2 million. It certainly isnt worth 4 million there are better Hotels for that price range such as Tony Hotel. Pictures did not look like the room we were supposed to get - it was old.

Location central but opposite a venue that plays loud music until 3am making sleep impossible. Room tired and grubby. Should not be a hotel and should definitely not be on Booking.com

Our room looked nothing like the pictures, it was dark and quite dated. The venue should maybe consider redecorating to make the space feel more comfortable. When we arrived the room had a smell to it which was a little off putting at first.

The bathroom had a nice hot shower. Bed was comfy. We were a walkable distance from everything.

The kid at the front desk taking photos of me on his mobile when I walked in and out was cooked. I'd only really stay if you want to watch the chaos down the walking street and sleep for one night before heading somewhere else. If you're on your own and femme, maybe just spend the extra.

THE PHOTOS ARE VERY GLAM, however the rooms are pretty dark and dank. In saying that it was fine, It's exactly what it says on the tin, for $24 you get a bed, a toilet and an air conditioner, shower sort of worked, sound was drowned out with the air con and fan, elevator is brand new and flashy, no balcony.

The street is extremely noisy with loud music till 4am! The bass was coming through the walls, no chance of much sleep! I booked a room with balcony, it wasn't available when I arrived, I was to move into it the next day but it was sold to a new customer while I was out! I had to wait three more days to move into the room I booked. Not at all happy.

Dirty towels and sheets, staff is not pleasant, the location is bad because at night we had to sleep with ear plugs! Music is so loud because of the bars nearby.

One week before I booked the room in this hotel there was a fire that ruined the hotel but they continued to book rooms there. So we arrived and the hotel was closed for reconsideration. I don’t think that it’s ok. Tell your costumers before they are started to find your burned place. Shit happens but you had quite enough time to tell us.

Amazing! This is my first time staying here. The staff were friendly and kind. The price is reasonable, and the room is clean and well-equipped. It's located in the center of the city (Bui Vien Street), so I can easily go everywhere. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit HCM City.

The room was not as nice as advertised. It's near an incredibly noisy street and I could hear it all night. The Aircon barely functioned. There was a fab but it was noisy. Although the sheets were clean it felt dirty, the walls were stained and I didn't feel particularly feel safe as a solo traveller.

Day staff were friendly and it was within walking distance of everything.

We had booked a room at this property for one night. When we arrived, the man at the front desk informed us that there was a problem with our room, apparently the roof was leaking and then told us to follow him to another hotel down the street. We were put up in a room in this secondary hotel. It felt like a serious downgrade from what we had booked originally. The room stank of smoke and the ceiling was mouldy from water leakage (the exact problem that was apparently the reason we couldn't stay in the original hotel) I can't say for sure. But it felt like a scam. If we hadn't arrived after 10pm and we're leaving early the next morning, I would have found somewhere else to sleep.
