Cheating by the management. In spite of repeatedly informing them that I would be at the hotel around 9 pm. The hotel denied me accommodation and provided a downgraded room for the night in a neighboring hotel. I had the reservation for 3 nights. They made some profit by renting out my room to someone else while giving me an inferior room in another hotel. I had also asked for a room with a view but they didnt give after agreeing to give. I want justice.

Both Johnson and Eddy were exceptionally friendly and helpful . All the best for them. The hotel was new and centrally located.

The only complain I can have is that our room didn’t have a window with a view. But hey, what can you do? I got the most affordable room, so obviously it won’t have a window with a view.

The beds were a bit hard and at night the music was loud from the streets, but when you close all windows it was fine.

Very clean, perfect location, enough space, nice balcony. Everything was in very good condition, freshly renovated. The price-performance ratio was very good.

O just left this wonderful hotel in the center of Saigon, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Despite its central location, it’s a peaceful oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a cozy atmosphere and attentive service that made my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is a place I’ll return to on my next trip. Highly recommended!

There is nothing to mention here, the place is wonderful from all points of view, you will not regret staying there.

We liked everything about this hotel, it is perfectly located, walking distance to every sightseeing attraction, and also to Vincom Mall, and Sai Gon Center, around the corner to Ben Thanh Market, I am sure one may not find a more perfect stay in HCM. The reception guys are very nice, always smiling and helping, the massage at the hotel is amazing, the hotel is new and spotless clean, the cleanest place we stayed in Vietnam, the cleaning lady makes wonders everyday and the room always welcome you with a soft and nice fragrance. We have missed this place everyday since we left and hope one day we will be back, we really felt like home there. Aaa, and the bars and restaurants downstairs are very good.

The room is very clean and spacious, very nice and accommodating staffs, central location. We walked to Nguyen Huệ walking street and Bui Viện walking street. The hotel is 3 minute walk to Bến thành market

The hotel is at a great location - you walk out and it has all the best restaurants and pubs. Our room was spacious and clean but our window was overlooking the fire exit staircase - hence no natural light or ventilation. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Highly recommend if you plan to visit HCM. The room is very clean and new, and the staff is very kind. The location is convenient to tourist attractions (Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien, Nguyen Hue Walking Street). It is also close to the Metro, the newly opened subway in HCM.
