The water temperature and pressure wasn't great on the first night, we spoke to reception about this and they were up in an instant to try and fix it however there was nothing they could do about it. However with the heat outside it was tolerable to have a colder shower.

Rooms were spacious and came with silk bedding. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any queries or issues we had and location was in a great place to get around to anything.

Perhaps the cleanliness could be better. My room has some ants and the floor was a bit dirty. The mattress is also not as supportive and firm.

This hotel is a good budget hotel suitable for young couples or business travelers. Location is quiet as the hotel is situated at an alley way, away from the main road. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Water heater and aircon works and they have very stable WiFi.

The hotel was not sound proof. We could smell all sort of cooking in the hotel. The room got ants. Cleanliness in the room were only on the surface. One of the room, the AC was leaking.

The staffs very helpful. We seeked for assistance in finding shops, they shared us quite a list. We checked in as early as 6am, one room only available yet its understandable as they dint expect we came earlier than expectation. We had to pay extra hours at a reasonable price for one room. Both of our rooms were upgraded. Although rooms have no windows but spacious. Bed was comfortable. No honking sound as the hotel was somewhat in an alley which made our sleep peaceful.

The location of this hotel is great, very central, nearby has many food and cafes. Walkable distance to many of the historical places of interest, shops, parks and malls. Location is not facing the road, so it's less noisy.

Poor guest experience with extremely poor cleanliness of the room for a basic one night stay. Bed were having bugs and insects everywhere. Lights not functioning.

I travel to HCB almost every month, this is the worst stay, some of the power socket and light are not working, I need to boil hot water with the bathroom shaver point, the so call balcony is actually the aircon compressor ledge......counter agreed to send me extra pillow but never appear.

I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but even it located in a small alley it is quite noisy till wee hours

The roon was entirely different to the phots.. the location was a hidden back alley and did nothing to inspire safety or confidence. The room invoked second class hooker space and we left the first night. Not for us.

The staff is very very kind and helpful. One of the staff even help us to carry our 40kg bag by hand from the hotel to the gate.. they also offer us to wrap our baggage . The room was big enough with space for us to perform prayer Location wise is strategic with no noise and this allow us to have good quality sleep.

Nothing not to like for the price. If I was being picky, I'd say the rooms are a little bit older than the photos depict, but nothing a bit of TLC wouldn't fix.

The staff are great, spoke English fluently, always said good morning and were very helpful. The rooms are large. We had a room with balcony, the balcony is useless but it's worth it to have natural light. I presume some of the rooms inside do not have windows, which is standard for the hotels in vietnam like this. The location is central and just off the main road so it's quiet which was a big bonus, a lot of hotels are on main roads and noisy. If you have heavy bags you do need to walk about 40m down a small street where cars won't fit. But should you really be travelling with more than you can carry or wheel for 2 minutes. They don't come into your room unless you ask for cleaning or something. I dislike when hotels just send in cleaners whenever, so I quite liked we just had to ask for a room clean or towels, and they were happy to help. There is also a cute French bulldog that sometimes is about at reception.

Water heater not well function. With the price paid they Not even provide free bottle of mineral waters which it is a basic. No iron provided in the room. Environment wise looks like a budget hotel while the price is not.
