I didn't like that that the free beer is "until supplies last"

I like that they have a lot of activities for their guests and even invite us to join them. Plus, they have free beer.

It's not the pricier side of things but worth it for the free beer hour and social factor. A single bathroom for the floor was worrying at first, but I never had to wait. ATM also didn't work for me.

The smaller dorm was good. Great bunk and feel private. The bar next door is a good addition. Ended up staying longer.

Weak wifi! 😔 Other hostels provides lock for their lockers. This hostel will have you give a deposit for the lock. Only one outlet for your electronics. Could use a mini fan when its too hot in the afternoon. I was at the other hostel, they provided water. Can't help but compare the two.

The location is superb and lively. Karaoke night was fun. Rooms are great and there was a washroom inside which is an added advantage.

The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean and taken care of very nicely. The location is very accessible and close to almost every major spots. The bar was a drinkers heaven.

Water in the showers wasn't warm!

Tourist neighbourhood, friendly staff.who help you with all your questions. Laundry service, even can be done on the day itself. The staff also helps you with tours and with planning your trip.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly, helping you out with travel bookings and local sightseeing. They make sure the guests feel comfortable and welcome. The vibe is great, made great friends here from all around the world. The pub crawl, drinking games, quizzes and foosball - everything was a lot of fun. A must stay if you're looking for such lively energy.

Didn’t like how there was a security guard that literally wouldn’t even let you bring a coffee inside during the day

For a mad monkey, it isn’t too chaotic. Like yes there’s tons of parties but it’s easy to get sleep there too, really cool people, clean rooms and bathrooms, and in a great location.

The room has a private bathroom but for 10 people it's a bit hard if somebody needs to go to the bathroom of having a shower. So you need to line up a bit.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable and quite small. The WiFi wasn’t the best either

Great location, and the rooms were modern and very clean. Aircon in the rooms was fantastic as well. Really helpful staff. For what can be a party hostel it’s also not too loud if you don’t want to join in.

My room was a bit dirty and messy. A couple of staff were not very friendly at the front desk but the travel desk people were great.

Good location, great bar, I had a good time meeting people and having karaoke there. Also was good to have a beer after doing some tourism. Good they have an atm in the reception and provide towels.

The shower pressure was really bad and there was only one bathroom for the whole dorm (10 people)

The rooms were clean and beds super comfortable! Very social hostel with a different event every night. Andrew was very helpful in helping us booking our trips to Sa Pa, the Ha Giang loop and our other transportations.

Staff could have been a bit more cheerful

The beds are SO comfy, lovely clean rooms, very spacious bathroom and great showers - you literally couldn't ask for more! It's also incredibly sociable if that's what you're going for, I wasn't going out, but I still had a lovely stay and met such nice people!
