It was a bit dirty both in the shared space and room. Breakfast was okay. I don’t know I just felt kinda grossed out by the whole place… but it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for

Everything worked out fine, the beds were clean. There is free beer in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Only one thing and reason why I didn't give a rating of 9 is because the bathroom in the dorm did not have a door (no door at all). You enter the bathroom and you have a separate shower and toilet, but the door of those are only those half doors for privacy, but not fully covering. So when you go to the toilet, the people hear (and smell) everything? I don't understand why there are no doors. It bothered me a lot. The rest was fine.

The toilet design felt cramped...and the toilet area was not designed to use gravity to drain the water away. May be loud if you get a room facing the main street.

The staff were very helpful. I really liked the buffet Breakfast. The location is by the centre of "Old Town" Hanoi...and close to the night market.

The air conditioner couldn't seem to produce any warm air, so I wasn't able to warm up very much.

The hotel is spacious, airy, and very clean. Its location is convenient, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and close to Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to get around. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable, especially the night shift receptionist who was very helpful even late at night. I was really satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back next time.

Highly recommend this hostel for everyone who has budget money. Excellent services and friendly staffs. They also provide Hagiang loop tour, Halong Bay Tour, Ninh Bin tour which is highly recommended by many customers.

It is unpleasantly noisy, from inside lounge music to the aggressive music from their neighbour through thr night right until 2.00 am in the morning. My partner and I came, a man at the reception attempted over charge us. Then the woman came and aggressively speaking to us, looking for a flight. Later, when the ensuite toilet and shower were smelled of urine, anothe staff went up, pretended to clean it. The same woman at the reception sent me an aggressive threatening message on my whatsapp. She used the contacts illegally and abused it

Most of the staff are professional and friendly, especially the man, at the reception, round face with glasses. The kitchen staff were good too. The breakfast was excellent, but it is no longer there

It was hard to find a place to call family. The common room was very open and it was a lot of noise.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The AC in our room broke down on our first night and they fixed a new room for us straight away.
