Zona piscina troppo piccola (in una piccola corte interna con pochissime sdraio) e praticamente senza sole. Reception incapace di dare buoni consigli.

Trovo INACCETTABILE che ci abbiano dato una stanza con una finestra che si apriva sul CORRIDOIO dell’hotel. Siamo arrivati a tarda sera dopo un viaggio di 20 ore compresi gli scali. Siamo andati a dormire e non mi ero accorta che praticamente non c’era la finestra! E’ vero che la mattina dopo, quando ho vbb protestato, hanno subito sostituito la stanza ma in un hotel a 5 stelle questi non mi sembra accettabile.

Il chiasso dalla strada tutta la notte che disturbava il sonno e il personale alla reception che non parlava bene l’inglese. Inoltre il fatto che al check-in hanno prelevato dalla carta di credito un ammontare maggiore del costo del soggiorno e al check-out hanno prelevato di nuovo il costo del soggiorno e mi hanno detto che la somma iniziale me l’avrebbero restituita dopo 5 giorni. Un non senso.

Recensione verificataOttima posizione per questo hotel in stile coloniale francese, testimone dei fasti degli anni 20 del secolo scorso. Situato a due passi dal centro, con vista sul fiume Saigon e vicino alle principali attrazioni, offre un ottimo servizio, con staff preparato, molto disponibile e cordiale. Camera ampia e confortevole. La colazione è varia ed abbondante, anche con piccole brioches, e dalla sala colazioni si gode della vista sul fiume. C’anche un bar panoramico all’ottavo piano, sempre affacciato sul fiume. Si può parcheggiare gratuitamente il motorino nel parcheggio dell'albergo dove il parcheggiatore se ne prende cura.
Forse andrebbe un po’ svecchiato, soprattutto nei bagni. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una camera con vista piscina nella corte interna. Non sappiamo quanto rumore si possa sentire dalle stanze affacciate sulla strada principale lungo il fiume, che è molto trafficata.

Lo staff alla reception potrebbe migliorare in termini di cortesia, per una loro disattenzione (non fornire il biglietto del bagaglio alla persona addetta) è accaduto che il bagaglio non è stato portato in camera (a poche ore dalla partenza) e sono dovuta andare a cercarlo e portarlo in camera parzialmente io, cosa che in un 5 stelle non dovrebbe accadere

La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza: abbiamo visitato la maggior parte delle attrazioni della città (diurne e notturne) spostandoci sempre a piedi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Buona colazione. Personale cordiale e disponibile .
In generale ho apprezzato tutto. Unico consiglio: la struttura delle camere andrebbe un po’ rimodernata .
