Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe location was fantastic for what we wanted to do. It is right round the corner from the main Larry strip. If that’s your thing this is a good location. The staff were super lovely and helpful, I would stay here again for sure! My only negative is that the room was a bit dark even with all the lights on. Thank you guys at the 3 bean 🩷

United KingdomAlthough we had a pleasant stay we needed help on getting a visa as we were confused, so 45 free days were up and we needed to come back to Vietnam to meet the parents as they were delayed. I was adamant you could leave and come back and get an extra 45 days and a Mr sang the lovely man from downstairs assured me we had to apply to the embassy to return. He also now owes me 500 dollars because he was wrong. You can go to moc Bai and come back the same day and they will stamp you an extra 45 days. So in the sub total we ended up paying 60 dollars for a visa 30 dollars for a bus and 40 dollars for a Cambodian visa. When we returned we decided not to show the visa Mr sang had given us, and boom they stamped another 45 days for free without asking a question just like Thailand. I would like to share this information so he knows and other people know as well. 130 dollars for something that should have cost us around 70. 120 dollars between us down the drain. Thanks Mr. Sang. I don't blame him though as I don't think he knows how passports with free 45 days work they can leave and come back and get 45 days. Or he did know which wouldn't be nice. But I believe he didn't know he was a very helpful man.
The beds were so comfortable, and it wasn't too noisy if you use war plugs really close to everything you need with laundry next door as well.

HungaryIt's close to the party area so it can be a little bit loud sometimes, but not very disturbing. The cleanliness of the rooms is not the best, the bathrooms are quite used and old. There was no hot water at times or at least we could not get it to work.
The 24/7 reception was a key factor for us. The hotel itself is quite basic but great for a few nights for the price. It's close to the party area, so if you are looking for that this can be a perfect place. The lady in charge was really nice and made some extra mile for us. Also she has a laundry service which is really good quality so that is recommended.

ThailandThe hotel is very noisy and most guests, at least during the time I was there, were not very considerate of noise. But it's an entertainment district, that's the way it is.
The hotel is just off the very busy "walking street", Saigon's bar district. The old town and most of the sights are within walking distance if you prefer to walk. Just like the big shopping malls. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Laundry and iron service is close to the hotel.

IrelandThe woman in charge moved us to another location nearby that we didn’t book. It was not the same as the photos. It was not in good condition. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room. Many parts of the room were damaged, broken and stained. It wasn’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness either. We didn’t get a wink of sleep as there were people screaming and shouting all night next door to our room. The staff did nothing to stop it. When I raised this issue with her, she didn’t have any simpathy and didn’t seem to care about it. We left and got a much better place for less money. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I would not recommend going here.
At first the woman seemed helpful. Good location.

GreeceIt was the most terrible hotel experience one can have.
Fortunately we stayed only one night. The room was like a carcel with no windows and a terrible neon light. There were two giant cockroaches inside the room and because of them we did not sleep at all. We tried to close all the possible holes and chinks with toilet paper in order to avoid more cockroaches to come in. People were coming up and down the stairs all night long as this is a one- night stand hotel for prostitution. The roads around were full of flying cockroaches and giant rats. Disgusting! The only good thing was the woman in the reception. Avoid it!
