Located in a secluded area away from the city central which is very quiet if you want to enjoy a peaceful vacation with your family. The resort does not have its own private beach, however, they offer 2 large swimming pools, one with saltwater pumped directly from the sea, one with freshwater. Our room is very clean and spacious. It has a terrace facing the ocean shore, chilling out here and listening to the waves constantly hit the rocks is very relaxing. Breakfast is mainly local Vietnamese dishes but there are bread, butter, jams and sausage if you want to go for a minimal western style one. Overall, even it’s a bit pricy, it’s worth the experience of enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay.

I guess nothing much, just that the e-cart guys look stern and don't seem to be friendly. Checkin is quite messy and we were promised to be called when the room is ready. Instead we kept waiting downstair and once asked ourself, were informed the room is already available for checkin. Also there seems to be welcome drink for other guests but not us. Not sure if that's sth you need to pay for.

The place is private, high-end and surrounded by nature. There are salt water pool, great restaurants within walking distance and free access to sauna. My family really enjoyed it

Toilet was warm when I closed the glass door and has a strong smelly odor.

The steam sauna was out of order and the showers by the sauna did not have hot water.

I loved the spa - we were able to get massages 3 days in a row and the therapists were very good.

The plastic slippers for guests to wear were terrible! They were uncomfortable and sometimes were painful, they almost cut into the skins 😩☹️

The Internet is bad.Please check again the Internet or your TV app, I could not enjoy the Youtube because of its corruption. I have told the staff that the curtain in bathroom is broken but they had not fixed until I checked out. The receptionist on the check in day, she was not in good mood so the way she welcomed guests horribly. I have to carry my own luggage into the lobby. No available staff came for help.

The restaurant's food was ok - overpriced, we don't mind paying those prices for food as long as it is good. The food here was OK, worth it. The AC in our bungalow room heated up our room on the first day but after we let them know they switched our rooms.

The staff were SUPER wonderful, especially the man who drove my bike over for me from the long walk from the car park!! The breakfast was great! I don't know why people were complaining on these reviews, there were many options and more than enough food for everyone! The pool and gym were excellent and were not busy when we went (Th-Sat)

There are no private beaches.

The room is so clean, roomy, comfy, and worth the price. I like the relaxing, quiet vibe; this is a perfect place for relaxation. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is also good.

Although quite, the location is still visually penalised by the very busy maritime transit close to coast of big container ships and cargos. Transportation to town center is only by taxi and often required more waiting time for pickup than expected.
