Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ItalyThis is one one the best homestay I've ever experienced. You can clearly feel the delta of Mekong vibe, by taking one of the free bike and going around. Thanh, the guide, is incredible: the way she explained to us everything during the tour at the floating market, the local market and the cocoa farm. The owners make us feel at home, the food was great and so fresh. You should really think about coming to Can Tho this is the place to stay, you will love it!

AustraliaMeals were deliciously, the best and freshest tofu we have tasted! Tanh was knowledgeable and took good care of our family. We did the Mekong Delta floating markets which was the highlight of our trip. Jenny was also warm, friendly and hospitable, helping to book our onward bus trip and any other needs we may have had. Lovely family and we would reccomend to others.

United KingdomThe bungalow was very cozy and clean with a shaded front porch and hammock. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a small restaurant on site which served delicious food for all meals. They provided different tours in English, we went on 2 tours of the canals and floating markets with Tan who was brilliant. She was fun and knowledgeable, showing us places off the beaten track, tasting food etc. she made the stay really memorable and we were sad we couldn’t stay longer.

CanadaThe pillows were not our favourite.
We had an idyllic stay at this property with our family of 4 (kids aged 6 and 9). We made some wonderful friends (other guests) and enjoyed the tours with Tan - a true gem and beacon of hospitality who we will remember fondly. The floating market was a must-do and the small canals tour was also great. Daniel and Jenny have truly created a home-like atmosphere where we always felt welcome. We were often given fresh fruit picked right from the garden - so tasty! I think the sweet spot here would be 3-5 nights to really get the most out of it. Can Tho is a 20 minute taxi away but we skipped the city and just stayed at the property as it was so relaxing. WIFI was good - you could work here if needed. Food and coffee were very nice. Standouts include the lemongrass tofu, pork ribs, BBQ shrimp and sweet & sour squid. If you have a group, order the whole roasted chicken! The menu really can't get any more local as they visit the nearby market daily to prepare your dinner order. The spa services with Windy were affordable and lovely (I have visited many spas and the cupping treatment + hair shampoo were some of the best I have ever had! I would highly recommend to anyone).

HungaryThe location is magical, the real wilderness. The garden is beautifully decorated and has unique plants and fruit trees from a European perspective. You can meet animals, the food is delicious, and the hosts are extremely kind. I took part in two tours, so a special thanks to Becky, who made me feel wonderful all day and we became friends. I highly recommend booking this accommodation if you want to feel like you are in nature among good people.

United KingdomIt was great, though palm walls and roofs mean the rooms aren’t insect-proof, so beware! A little way from the city so the choice of restaurants and other shopping is limited, but again, it’s obvious when you book.
Rural location in the heart of the Mekong delta. Genuinely rustic vibe, Vietnamese huts with palm leaf walls and roof on a wooden frame set amidst canals, ponds and an amazing variety of fruit trees. Mekong tour is a fascinating must-do. Daniel and Jenny are delightful hosts.

Very pleasant stay with Daniel, his family, and his team. Warm and relaxed atmosphere. Especially the tours guided by the young and energetic Thanh are real highlights – you couldn’t dream of better company to explore the surroundings. The bungalows are comfortable and peaceful. The roosters crow in the day, and karaoke echoes in the background, springing up from everywhere between the gardens and the canals – it’s the soundtrack of your stay. Highly recommended!

AustraliaNothing at all to complain about. Oh, except that damn rooster . Ha ha. But then again we were surrounded by working farms.
We loved the slow pace after the non stop hustle and bustle of Saigon. The surroundings are rural and the owners and staff looked after us very well. Daniel and Jenny and staff made us feel welcome. Special shout out to Thanh who from the first moment made us feel special. (Hope i spelled name correctly) Dale and Marilyn

Daniel and Jenny made us feel so welcome, like part of the family. And Thanh was just a fantastic guide. We loved our boat trip and the time we spent in the markets and the noodle and cocoa factories with her. She made it all such fun. We both enjoyed the best massages ever with Windy back at the Homestay - she is wonderful! The beautiful garden, the peace and tranquility and the people made this a perfect stay for us. We loved the location the people and the food. We’re already missing our morning coffee with Daniel, Tina and the other lady’s cooking, Wendy’s massages, Thanh’s crazy and witty self, I didn’t catch the guy’s name that took us out on the boat but he’s a good and funny man, and of course beautiful Jenny who helped so much on booking our transportation to them and she gave very valuable information to continue on our journey, she made all arrangements for us, we couldn’t thank her enough. These are down to earth folks who would not stir you wrong. If you’re looking for a peaceful calm place surrounded by caring folks, this is your place. Just bring bug spray!

RomaniaOur stay at this accommodation was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with open arms by the amazing Daniel and Jenny, who instantly made us feel at home. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail created a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and so cozy – every little touch made it clear how much care went into making guests feel comfortable. The yard was a serene oasis, full of fruit trees and lush greenery, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. We spent countless moments there, simply enjoying the tranquility. The food was absolutely incredible. The home-cooked meals were a feast for the senses – fresh, local, and made with so much love. It was some of the best food we’ve ever had! A big shoutout to Thanh, the tour guide, who made our trip so memorable. Her knowledge and passion were unmatched. Exploring with Thanh felt like discovering hidden treasures, and her energy made every moment an adventure. Windy’s massages were another highlight of our stay – her skilful hands worked wonders after long days of exploration, leaving us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. She’s a true gem! This wasn’t just a place to stay – it was a home. The care, love, and attention from Daniel, Jenny, Tina, Thanh, Windy, and even Cacao made this an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for more than just a vacation – a chance to connect, relax, and experience the heart of the region – this is the place to be. We’re already dreaming of coming back one day. EstoniaOne of our favorite places to stay in Vietnam. Very peaceful and immersed in the nature. Wish we had stayed longer than 2 days. Perfect place to experience village life. Also highly recommend booking floating market tour, it was much more than just the floating markets. It included various other locations and the best cacao farm visit I ever had. (And I have done lot of coffee/tea/cacao farm visits travelling around SE Asia). My mom loved going to local market and tasting the fruits. Our guide also helped us to buy fruit with good prices. Second day we walked around the area close to the homestay, Daniel gave us some recommendations for places to visit and it was very interesting to see how people live in the area. Definitely would recommend staying at Daniel's rather than in the town. There's more to see around the homestay.

NetherlandsA wonderful lodge set in a beautiful garden—perfect for a relaxing stay. Jenny and Daniel were incredibly helpful. When I arrived, I accidentally left my bag in the taxi, but they went above and beyond to help me recover it, and I got it back! When my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well, the staff was very caring, preparing food and gathering herbs from the garden to help her feel better. On New Year’s Eve, they hosted a fantastic (and free!) dinner followed by a fun little party. There’s also a lady on the property who gives excellent massages. The lodge offers several tours, and I highly recommend the one that visits the floating market, a noodle factory, and a cacao producer. The tour guide is very nice as well and gives loads of information.

GermanyWe liked all, but: You are a bit locked away, difficult to get to the city if not through a taxi organized by the owners (around 200k dong, just price anyway!) the city is not really worth it by the way, better to explore the countryside. It is really a "farm-like" experience, so roosters can be annoying quite early in the morning :)
Great staff and good location to get to the floating market and explore the rural area close to Can Tho. I really recommend the tours that are organized daily! The guide is very nice :)
