The scale and density of the buildings together with the gardens make the resort very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The territory is well cared for. It seems that everyone working in this hotel genuinely loves their job and the visitors. Absolutely worth its money. One of the reasons I already want to come back to Da Nang is to stay at this hotel again.

AustraliaCape Nao restaurant. We made a booking for 7:30pm. On arrival our outside table was wet from the rain. I asked to have it cleaned. The lady said it was just water and the table was clean. I complained and asked for a towel. We eventually cleaned it with our serviets. Thereafter they decided to not serve us at all. I eventually left. Uncalled for terrible service from that restaurant.
Awesome location. Lovely staff as per usual with one exception at the Cape Nao restaurant. The other restaurant in site close to the reception was outstanding. Full marks to our awesome waitress, Nhi.

AustraliaThey need to learn the benefits of descaling lime hard water with vinegar in the out door showers but in the end figured they would have to do it constantly so better for the environmental waterways that we just live with it and take it for a beach resort and enjoy what is.
Didn't like it a first feeling it was slightly B grade resort and then after my 3 day stay, decided it was a lovely resort with open space, good staff, great beds (but no so great pillows - too soft for me) and got quickly over the little bitty things and just relaxed and enjoyed!

Saudi ArabiaUpon arrival our room had no warking AC we had to change it after we open our luggage ( not checked AC before we arrived) They upgraded us to bigger and beautiful room with balcony but when we slept around mid night some people tried to open the door while we are sleeping luckily I was putting the chain on and I shouted so they ran away and informed the disk office It was very crowded place Other wise every thing else was great

The pools only have straight up and down ladders so difficult to get out of unless you are fairly fit. Out air conditioning failed so we had to move rooms at 10pm. We did get upgraded to a better room though.
The room was clean with a fair sea view over buildings.

United KingdomThere were renovations going on, the Level Lounge was not ready so there was not the feeling of exclusivity that you expect when booking a Club Style room. The cleanliness of our room was initially a problem. However, the team at the hotel remedied this immediately. The infinity pool was also closed for most of our stay for refurbishment.
The size of the resort was excellent, the arrival was very nice and the choice of food for breakfast was very good. The Yhi Spa was delightful and I highly recommend booking treatments there. Staff at the poolside bar were exceptional under the guidance of Viet. Also worth mentioning the extremely high level of care delivered by Nhung Ngo. Nhung is the most amazing Guest Experience Manager and made sure we enjoyed our time at the Meliã.
