Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade a lot of things are really dated and old

It was a very noisy street close to a nightclubs full of backpackers. This doesn't stop until 6am. Hotel has seen better days, was a bit tired looking. Just as we were after the first night

Liked that we were moved to another hotel when we couldn't sleep for the noise. Staff were fantastic and organised it right away. Nice room and location. If you don't like a lot of noise, stay in the French Quarter

Could do with updates, beds not very comfortable, noisy all night! We were on the top floor, and we could hear the rain on the roof but it sounded like it was dripping into room right over our heads!

Was cheap to stay so you get what you pay for. The location is great with a lot of shopping and food and bars at your doorstep.

Quite run down hotel in the middle of a very loud party street in Hanoi. Pictures don't match up to the description. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and the shower didn't work properly. The location is right in the middle of a very loud party street which is great if that's what you're after but there's no barrier between the room and the noise. Not that cheap compared to what some places offer.

There is some construction going on next to the hotel which started extremely early morning, so unfortunately noisy at this time.

The location is really central of the old quarter, so everything close and available. Note that it’s quite touristy, which is great for convenience. Also, we encountered some confusion about the actual rooms which were not as advertised on booking. Therefore we talked to the hotel manager, whom found a reasonable solution in the form of compensation. Vietnam is really picking itself up again after covid, so with changes of hotel owners and staff some problems arise. However, here they are fully aware and they strive for utmost hospitality. That’s memorable and absolutely pleasant. My appreciation.

the hotel hasn’t been maintained. the rooms are very old, cracks in the wall and damaged furniture. the toilet and shower were leaking water. The vibrations on the wall and noise from the club next door, went on until 3am

The awful cat pee smell at the reception and lobby. They need to work a little bit about the cleanliness in general (rooms and common areas).Toilet in the lobby was always dirty like a street WC.

It was hard to communicate with staff especially at reception as they barely can speak or understand english and the misunderstanding is very easy. I was freezing at night as the air conditioning did not work.

It is in a very strategic location, walking distance to amenities and historical points of interest.

The staff were so lovely. They don't speak much English but you can help with the translate. The room was nice and comfy however could be cleaner, but is good for the value of money. The location is perfect

There's a construction site next door with a big crane and they worked all night, which disturbed my sleep. But I know it's not the hotel's fault.

the pictures are very flattering, however in reality the room is very dated and had an odour (possibly the fridge?) it is worth noting it is located on a busy street so you can hear noise throughout the night.

staff were very helpful and kind. they we’re accommodating to the fact that we arrived very late and were friendly when we had questions.

The room is small and quite old, lots of stains and scuff marks on the walls and floor, not the best value for money. Bathroom door didn't fit the frame(!) so we couldn't close bathroom door. Building works next door..

The property is in a very busy street, bars played music until 3am Room is very old and the bathroom is very old… We didn’t have a good experience with our stay
