There were some issues with the room allocated to us (room no 44 and 45). We booked a garden view room but the room had a tennis court view. Ac not cooling well. Lots of anylts in the room. Bathroom an shower area accessories were already broken n loose. Drainage issue in shower Area.

The whole property was nice with a scenic view and a small private beach. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious. They had a buggy who would drop you to the rooms.

Only downside was the pool bar not always having staff around, but everything else made up for it.

We had an amazing family stay at Mercury Phu Quoc Resort! Our room was right in front of the pool and beach—couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant food was great too. Loved the welcome fruits in the room and the free tea time at 3 PM. The beach was clean and peaceful, with free kayaking, and the pool was perfect for both kids and adults. There’s even a free shuttle tour and plenty of activities on-site.

There is no shower cap in the room and housekeeping didn't top up toilet paper when it runs short. I stayed for 5 day 4 nites.

This pool is fine but needs some lighting in the pool. I swam around 6 t0 7.15 pm and hardly able to see my direction uner water cos there is no light inside the pool I like their generous supplies of passionfruit which I made nice juice with it with their kumquat water.

Wonderful resort. Excellent staff with a caring attitude always looking at ways to improve. Spacious rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Good choice of breakfast (although more vegetarian options could be an improvement). Private beach is very nice. We didn't struggle getting sunbeds either there or by the pool. Housekeeping is very thorough. The room was perfectly cleaned throughout our stay.

Nice property in a secluded but pretty location. Right on the beach so a gorgeous view. Amazing buffet breakfast and great pool. I also had an amazing massage at the spa.

Mercury was amazing resort in I've ever seen. Calm, comfortable and delicious food and desserts. Room was nice view with pool. Free breakfast was very good and fresh. And 3pm tea time is nice so fresh desserts, dried fruits and milk. Far from Sunset town, Vinwonders and Vinsafari, bit far from downtown. I knew on check out day shuttle bus twice a day to downtown for free 😟, and if you rent motorcycle you need international driving license.

Amazing resort, beautiful comfort villa, beautiful garden and very clean. Brekfast is super until 10am, variety of food, from 3pm - 4pm you have tea time, with some snacks, cofee and drink for free and every evening they bring in the room some fruit or biscuits for free. In the evening you can choose variety of meat and sea food for barbaque with bife salad. You have 20% discount on everything, coctails, beer, fruit etc... All employers are very kind and make you a perfect stay. For some people the resort is too far from town, but after a long travel in Vietnam, this is a compleet relax.

This was the last place we booked on our month long tour of Phu Quoc and the first large resort. At the previous resort my wife had injured her foot and could barely walk , upon seeing this Ms Truc one of the managers upgraded us to a villa with a private pool she also showed great compassion to her during our stay. The Luxury sea view villa was large with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom also the pool was lovely. Breakfast was good and the restaurant food in the evening was of a good quality although if you wanted to eat out there were lots of options just a short Grab ride away. The only bad thing was the beaches either side of the private resort beach were traps for the usual plastic debris.

We booked the rooms with the swim up pool,it was lovely, the food at the restaurant was lovely and very good prices for a resort,you have a 20% off voucher when you arrive. Free bikes are available and the breakfast had a large selection

Everything! The location by the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner directly on the beach. White sands. Great for swimming. Friendly staff. Super breakfast buffet. Exceptional room overlooking a long swimming pool that stretches the entire width of the property. We came for five nights then booked for three weeks more.

Nothing major.

The location is great, far enough away from town to be quiet and have that island feel with just the waves breaking being the main noise while walking around the hotel, but not too far to make it a pain to go out for dinner. The room was a great size with a lovely spacious balcony with a large couples lounger to relax in the evenings. The hotel feels very open with no doors and just the ocean breezes blowing with was great during the hot days and during breakfast. Staff were great l, very helpful especially the guys operating the golf buggies who will always stop when driving by to make sure you don't need a lift somewhere to stop you from any sort of walk. We both had a great time and have no real issues.

Bungalow was just beautiful, spacious with all of the necessary features. The staff was quick to respond, the breakfast was magnificent and the resort is very well maintained. The women in the lobby were a joy to work with. This resort has everything at a great price!

The shower drained slowly and water was cut off without warning a couple of times. There is such a thing as too close to an airport and I like planes, but the sound of planes taking off and landing became a bit annoying after a while, even for a jet lover like me. Location was a little bit further from entertainment area too.

The villa with shared pool access from large sun lounge area was nice. Very large and comfortable bed. The beach was great, clean (up to the fence line) and next to the pool and bar. Great spot for sunsets. Food menu was extensive and bbq had a lot of variety to choose from. Staff very friendly, but most did not speak much English at all, which was ok as most guests appeared to be from Russia or other Eastern Europe countries. They seemed better catered for.

Untrained Staff, no supervision at breakfast, panic when glasses or spoons have ran out. No one knows what to do. Our pool was not cleaned before we arrived, we were there for 2 nights, never cleaned and it was filthy. Bathroom filthy and not maintained. I naught oil for sliding doors as you needed to visit the gym before attempting. As for the fire extinguisher, rust came away when I picked it up, never tested.

Not much to be honest.
