1. No power point in the bathroom, so electric toothbrush, shaver, hair dryer all have to stay in the kitchen. 2. It would be trivial to install a proper full-length mirror. The mirror in the desk is only for putting on makeup.

Staff were very good but communication was an issue and I have been coming to Vietnam for 10 years and this would be the most difficult hotel for communication i have encountered

We liked everything, but found it a bit unfortunate that we could not check into our room when we arrived at 3:30pm (the check in time is at 2pm). Other than that, really no complaints

The hotel is great, the swimming pool is small but nice (although very warm and opening hours are a bit strange) and the staff were really nice.

This splendid hotel was such a bargain! We loved the rooftop pool with its stunning views. The staff was always friendly as well. The location was pretty good; although far from the beach, it was walkable to many good restauarants.

There's not much going on around the hotel. It took us about 15/20mins to walk down to the main beach area where all the restaurants are etc. Theres no breakfast or dinner facilities at this hotel.

The room itself was lovely. The staff were so nice to deal with. The place was modern and clean and bright.

Very spacious room, cleaning service everyday and very attentive staff. The night market/dragon bridge as well as the beach can be reached by foot in about 20 minutes, respectively. There were lots of restaurant options nearby (and I hereby want to recommend CƠM BƯNG NƯỚC RÓT RESTAURANT & HOMESTAY which served fantastic authentic viennese food for a cheap price).

The location is perfect between the beach and Dragon Bridge, which suited our trip! The staff are very friendly and rooms are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool is a bonus and boasts incredible views over Da Nang at sunset. This place is an absolute bargain for the value you receive!

Big, clean and modern room with a nice staff. Located midway from the dragon bridge and the sea. Nearby, there is a supermarket where you can find souvenirs and food called QMT. There is a pretty pool at the rooftop with a pretty nice view at night !!!

Would be even better if there was breakfast, curtains/blinds for the bathroom window would be great to not have light early in the morning but otherwise everything was great.

Nice place, clean rooms, friendly staff, super rooftop pool, overall great value for money. The hotel opened recently so everything is in a super state.

Nothing really. Location is probably not ideal but the hotel is lovely.

Noise from other guests, usually those with young children up early The decking surrounding the pool gets extremely hot - shoes are a must in the day Struggled to find decent places to eat in the immediate area. Had to rely on grabs or a long walk

The pool didn’t look like it has been well maintained. I swam in the pool but I was very careful not to put my face or head under water

Walls are not totally soundproof as we could hear the family in the room next to us.

Lovely staff. Very clean and tidy. Walkable to the beach around 10 minutes and about 15 minutes to the dragon bridge. Lovely view from the rooftop pool.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Its location was nice and central with an easy walking distance to the beach as well as all the attractions like the Dragon Bridge and night market. The staff were helpful and courteous and always seemed to have a smile on their face. I also really enjoyed using the rooftop pool.

It was so beautiful and Peaceful, the rooms were amazing and very comfortable. There was an outdoor shower as well as sun beds on the patio.
