Traditional, good food and peaceful

Beautiful facilities and relaxed environment. People so friendly. Really enjoyed the stay! Restaurant also excellent and breakfast.

Sadly only there one night - wish I could have stayed longer. Great room and facilities. Staff were exceptional, especially the two I met on reception (one called Mia I think) - friendly, courteous, helpful and professional.

Lighting in the room is harsh and the bathroom has no ventilation so is very hot, but these are minor points

Staff here are lovely very welcoming and spend time making sure you are OK. The receptionists all speak English. Quiet , clean environment with a nice pool area and lovely gardens. We ate on site as the restaurant was not available both evenings, and the food was very good and well priced.

We liked everything

The resort manager Hang was wonderful. She spoke excellent English and gave us lots of help and information. The room and grounds were very clean and restful. The food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay.

More variety in the breakfast and more staff can communicate in English.

The location is a bit out of main road so it is very quiet at night. Hence it is good for quiet holiday. Restaurant is 5 to 10 minutes walk depending on the pace but reception provides food delivery on order. Breakfast is quite good for short stay but need more variety for longer stay such as 4 days or more. Generally, the staff are friendly and helpful.

We looked for something a bit relaxing outiside of the city, but in the area there wasn‘t much to do. The rooms were alright but a bit sterile and we couldn‘t darken the room since a few windows by the bed only had a poster on it and no curtains .Also the hotel complex is splitted, you have to walk a few minutes through an abandoned area to get from the reception to the second complex of the hotel and the restaurant. At the hotel restaurant we were the only guests who had dinner. Also breakfast wasn‘t served after 08:30 which didn‘t quite fit our holiday schedule. Futhermore we were woken up at 08:30 a.m. By the cleaning lady and the hotel staff from the receptiom who came to translate, nearly insisted that the room had to be cleaned right now (we asked while standing there in pijamas if the house keeping lady cloud return in half an hour).

Overall most of the staf were extremly friendly and helpfull. In the end we ended up only staying one of two nights and went back to the city. While we can totally see how this makes a great place for wedding guests, or larger groupes altogether, it was not for us.

Rooms are neat and clean. People working at the resort are very helpful. Food quality is good.

Although we had limited choices of breakfast items, chosen items were fresh and healthy. Location was very quite and safe. Located away from the city. To go out we could easily call Taxi through the resort.
