Big room. It's cold in Sapa and the room is not very isolated, but there are lots of extra blankets in the cupboard. The bathroom was ok. It's at the other end of the city, but still in walking distance.

A working fan in the bathroom would have been excellent! With no other form of ventilation and high humidity in Sapa the bathroom walls, floor, vanity etc were all dripping wet after one shower and stayed that way for hours.

The chicken soup at breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly. Room was large and comfortable.

We arrived at 2am and they were so helpful with letting us check-in early. The room had a balcony with a lovely view out to the city and mountains. Room was spacious, cool, clean and the facilities were in good condition. Location was good - only a 15 minute walk to the other side of the city through the main roads. They have laundry services, bike rental and can book tour/buses, which we didn't need to use but is very useful! Finally, the staff were SO friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay for more 3 days as my partner and I became unwell and they were super helpful with extending our stay and making sure we were both ok. Would love to come back to Sapa and would definitely stay here again.

Mr Hung helped us in the middle of the night when our first hotel just cancelled the booking at 11.30 pm. He gave us a better room and was very helpful with organising a driver.

This is a family run hotel and the owners are very kind. We had the pleasure of celebrating the owner's birthday during our stay and he and his family were very welcoming! The rooms are clean and the price is very reasonable 👍

Sheets weren’t clean and had hairs on from the previous visitors and the beds were rock solid (my boyfriend enjoyed this so I guess it’s personal preference)

Fantastic location, staff were super lovely and super helpful with booking tickets for fansipan. Also great with tips on where to eat. Also offered extra heaters as Sapa can get cold. We were also upgraded to a twin room which was very spacious

We could clearly hear noise from the road and outside which kept us awake and made it very hard to sleep on the second night and we slightly regretted being ‘upgraded’ to a room at the front of the building! We booked a ‘VIP’ overnight bus from Sapa to Cat Ba Island through the accommodation which turned out to be not very ‘VIP’ and we could have got the bus tickets cheaper elsewhere.

Lovely place in a great location to be able to access everything in Sapa and very close to the bus station. The host was very friendly. Our room was ‘upgraded’ on arrival to one at the front of the building with a balcony. It was a nice room with good Wi-Fi, hot water in the shower and the beds had electric blankets which was a nice touch given it is cold at the moment in Sapa!

My room with a balcony was to a noisy street, so bring earplugs if you go for that. Mattresses are indeed vietnamese style hard. There were some problems with the water pressure, but apparently the city of SaPa cut that off so not their fault

The best part of this hostel is definitely the friendly owner helping you a lot: Getting up at 3a.m. to let you in after a night bus, booking tickets or giving trekking tipps. Obviously, don't expect a five star hotel for that money, but the rooms were spacious and decently equipped.

As others have said, the bed was as hard as a rock. I didn't think it would bother me but my bones must be getting old! The hotel is on the main road into town which has lots of buses, cars, motorbikes - so lots of traffic noise and pollution right there. Building work in the hotel made for more noise from early in the morning. All this said, I think the price:quality appropriately reflects these issues.

The room was very good - bright and spacious - obviously simple, at the price charged - but everything required of a budget option - and exceptional value on those terms. The hotel owners were kind and friendly.
