AustraliaNowhere to hang towels after shower, bathroom needs towel rails. Shower also needs a longer non slip mat, as the wet floor is very slippery when you try to walk out from the shower. I nearly slipped a couple of times.
Location is great. Room wonderful, view amazing. Special thanks to Thu Hien in the breakfast dining area, best coconut coffee ever, always smiling and very friendly.

Location location .. across from the beach. Breakfast was a good variety and staff were amazing. Clearing dishes as fast as guests left table. My husband is vegetarian and they made special noodles and rice for him. Very comfortable,clean room with lovely side view of ocean and city. Could see the dragon bridge at night. Many restaurants nearby and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk at night. Could see all the lights from our room. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our air con didn’t work the first night, and we received a call by mid morning, we were being given another room. Just had to put our suitcases and stuff together, and they moved the items, as we were out on a day trip. No complaints and highly recommend.

United KingdomGreat hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and a fabulous menu, food was excellent throughout our stay, the only negative was the pool bar on the roof was seldom used and lacked any atmosphere. There is a basement carpark for scooters, and it is literally over the road from the beach and bars. The staff were really helpful booking train tickets, arranging transfers and always welcoming.

SwedenI think the breakfast was not good at all. There were very few Western options. The toilet in the room stopped working a couple of times, but they were really quick to fix it. There is very little space/wardrobe in the rooms for hanging clothes.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a really nice room with a sea view on the 17th floor. It was very clean, and the cleaning was done daily and excellently. The pool was quite okay, and the pool area itself was very clean and fresh. I recommend this hotel if you are staying for a couple of days.

AustraliaEverything was excellent! The service from all staff was top tier, a special mention to Thu Hien in the restaurant for looking after us so well at breakfast each morning. Our room had the most incredible views of the beach, and the bed was extra comfy. Two visits to the spa were lovely, thank you to Hieu and Hinh for the massage and hair wash service- best I've had in Vietnam. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Penthouse is very nice and very large with its own washing machine. Super comfortable. Nice restaurants across the road and convenience store next door.

The room had a great view of the ocean and the bed was big and comfortable. It had a nice bath in the room and separate shower which is convenient. The restaurant offered a variety of food, catered for Westerners as well. The spa in the hotel offered lovely massages and treatments at an affordable price. The gym was nice except one of the equipments to do weights was broken at the base.

This was a very nice hotel with great staff. Bed was hard as per standard in Asia. The breakfast was very nice with lots of variety. This hotel will suit anyone and was in a good location on the beach.

We loved our stay at Minh Toan, it was an amazing location and our room was perfect for us. We also did not hear much noise from the traffic other guests and slept so well. The pool is beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. I had messaged a day earlier that is was my husband’s birthday on the Sunday and Minh, and the other staff went to all lengths to make him feel special, birthday wishes and free coffee for us both with breakfast and a birthday cake in the room when we got back also. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back to stay. The staff could not be any kinder and helpful. Thank you to Minh and the other staff 😊
