It is very pocket-friendly studio apartment-style room in a very convenient location. the low-priced in such a location means you can save more of your travel budget to spend on food, leisure and shopping

there is no lift and there is a room after every flight of stairs and the upper-floor room (Room 6 and above) are only recommended for those who are young and fit. the apartment location deep in the middle of a narrow road also means big GRAB cars will be unable or unwilling to drive in and pick up right in front of the apartment, which is small issue due to the short walk but is a big hassle to walk during heavy rain

The room is very comfortable. I extended my stay and Moka (Queenie?) is an excellent host who goes the extra mile to ensure the comfort and pleasant experiences of her guests. The location is central and I will stay there when in Saigon.

Everything was perfect

The location is great, just enough to dive in local life and not in the middle of tourist place. Nearby streets are full of local vendors and food, really convenient for exploring local culture and street food. It is also close enough to walk to the famous tourist places in central District 1.

The aircon is not working so well on my first day so I was really hot, but lucky that on the day after it worked normally. The bathroom is a bit narrow.

I loved the friendly approach of the owner, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy and sunny. It was such a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, there is no lift.

Host was extremely friendly and welcoming. She thought we were traveling with a young child and prepared an extra bed. Even though, it was just the two of us, it was a nice touch. The home is down a quiet alley but a short walk from lots of good cafes and restaurants.

Not much. It was pretty much what we expected for the price except a little better.

The staff were so wonderful and welcoming. We felt so comfortable throughout our stay thanks for them. The beds were comfy, the room was super spacious and had everything you could possibly need.

We gained a friend of a cockroach in the shower. We didn’t bother the staff with it as it didn’t move much.

It is good basic accommodation. Don’t expect luxury but it is worth what you pay.

Staff were nice, but when clock hits 11 at night the water pump starts. And oh my god the walls start shaking and the sound is unbelievably loud. Got 2 hours of sleep. This hotel is not for sleeping.

The property was quite well positioned.

I arrived at 10:30 pm. It was a hot night and the room was very hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work at 1 am. I had to open the window and listen to water dripping all night air-conditioners fromadjoining buildings. Even a fan would’ve been good. I just couldn’t relax in the room so I left. Found another hotel for seven dollars more per night which is exceptional value for money.
