Amazing hotel in Hoi An, close to the center but on a quieter island on the side away from the noise. Invites you practically to stay in the hotel all day, from the great pool overlooking the river with the great food and drink service, the wonderful restaurant both for meals during the day and the full breakfast buffet, the beautiful design, and the amazing and attentive staff! Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Hoi An!

Lovely, well designed rooms. Comfy bed! Great bathroom and amenities. Fantastic location with short walk across bridge to old town. Great to borrow bikes for exploring. Gym also well equipment including ice cold water.

Temperature of pool.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close enough to walk into the Old Town and it also offers complimentary push bikes which we rode out to the rice paddy fields. Room was very comfortable however, you can hear people walking past your room when they are returning to their own rooms late at night. Some people don't think to talk quietly. The pool was very warm but as it was super hot during our stay

This place is amazing. The perfect location, walking distance to everything, Tran, Tom and Harry are so helpful. The rooms are clean and new. They having everything you need. The breakfast is amazing, a huge variety. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.

Breakfast offered great variety and quality of food/choices. Pool was lovely with plenty of lounge areas, pool side service was great too. I thought the hotel was better in reality than shown in the pictures when booking. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Location was a short walk from centre of Hoi An, best of both worlds convenient but also quiet.

We had a problem with one of our rooms but they moved us immediately, to an upgraded room and gave us complimentary cocktails. So an excellent response, and really appreciated.

Everything was of the highest quality, the staff were excellent and the positioning was just perfect to enjoy the view and experience of the river, and have easy access to all that Hoi An has to offer, Definitely a good place to be based and visit the likes of An Bang beach as you wish with cheap taxis via the Grab App. Food and drinks round the pool were excellent, as was the incredible breakfast buffet. A real treat and really good value thanks to the low season.

A longer stay.

Moire Hoi An was an absolute treat. The level of professionalism and service was exceptional. Breakfast and cocktails were top tier, and the room was beautifully decorated with a lovely garden view and a stylish bathroom with a bathtub. The pool was delightful, offering a wonderful view of the town across the river. It was perfectly located—so central yet peaceful. The staff were outstanding, and all the amenities you could want were thoughtfully provided. A fabulous way to end our Vietnam holiday. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I traveled a lot in the last year and a half. I counted I've been to over 56 hotels. This has to be the best ever. It's a newer place it's only about 2 or 3 years old so I can see why the facilities are in such great shape. But beyond that, the place, the people the food the location it was all stellar. Absolutely amazing plays highly highly recommend it.

The swimming pool although a good size, does not have enough loungers. We found them taken up by people hogging them with towels or bags as they went around for their daily business. As a result people who wanted to relax (us included) did not have the beds to do so. If you choose to walk to the hotel from the Old Town please beware. You have to a narrow bridge/footpath that cars and bikes travel each way on. There isn’t much room for two larger vehicles and on a number of occasions had to press hard against the bridge wall to avoid be hit by a wing mirror of a car or moped.

The property is beautiful and very well done. The rooms are clean and spacious and well laid out. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Check-in was nice and felt very personable experience. We had an issue with a different guest trying to access our room at 3am whilst drunk. This was addressed throughly and the manager came to us first thing the following morning even though they were not at fault for this. This was warming to see.

Relaxing by the pool over looking the river gave you a sense of being “out of town” but a short walk across the bridge takes you in to Old Town. It was a perfect location! The service was always friendly and efficient, we loved every minute of Hoi An and the Moire Hotel.
