There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the humidity in the room was high.

I felt that the property can provide a bit more services like free shuttle to grand world or to duong dong, some more free activities for kids.

The breakfast buffet, the spacious rooms and the swimming pool with its close proximity to the private beach- absolutely breathtaking and the staff was so kind and helpful - really enjoyed my 4 day stay. There was the chocolate hour, and live music and the workout sessions as well.

When we come to an island to relax, we expect the resort to have the pool round the clock. Especially when its summer and we dont wanna tan, the sun sets at 6pm and the pool closes by 7pm. Also i was charged the full amount almost 2 months before the trip for a non refundable booking. But then when we arrived at the resort, they asked me to provide the same card i used for booking. The card i used for booking had been renewed and i couldnt show the same exact card used at the time of booking. So they had to cancel and rebook for the same amount using another card.

Everything was amazing!

Great for the kids. Chocolates hour at 330 was a hit! A beautiful sunset from the beach. Cocktail hour by the pool. Staff were lively and attentive everywhere.

Maybe more amenities. For example, there isn’t anything to use for Baths. The blind in the toilet should be more opaque than translucent. You can see the person using the toilet from the room even with the blind down.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay! The beach was absolutely stunning—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied each morning. I eat gluten-free, and they kindly prepared my own rice noodles each morning, which I really appreciated. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional staff—friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The free airport transfers made everything smooth and hassle-free, and overall it was excellent value for money. The local night market, with cheap massages and great food, is just 20 minutes away using Grab. A bonus: no visa is required if flying directly into and out of Phu Quoc International Airport from another international destination. Highly recommended!

My wife and I, loved Movenpick Waverly, we had a beautiful seaside view and super comfortable and clean room. Movenpick had all we wanted from a beach resort: We loved the beach, pool and all the amenities that the resort had to offer. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety of food and the chocolate hour was a lovely touch. We felt well rested and relaxed after our stay.

This was our second stay in Mövenpick Phu Quoc so this should already say something - we love it so much we came back for the second year and second stay. If you want resort vibes but still be close enough (15min ride) to the main town it’s the perfect choice. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Beach and pool area very nice. Breakfast was excellent and gym definitely best we’ve seen during our different stays in Vietnam. Staff was helpful.

Amazing beach hotel, with a very large pool and superb beach in front. Very large modern room with amazing sea and sunset view, superb breakfast, daily free chocolate cake hour. A truly lovely five star experience. Hotel is set in a well manicured large garden area. We transferred in from another local hotel we didn’t like and this resort was a saviour!
