Clean rooms. Very peaceful surrounding what makes it perfect for relax with plenty of plants and swimming pool. Very nice staff. Tasty and fresh breakfast.

The rooms need a little renovation. Like the bathroom fittings are old. The toilet had a broken health faucet and shower jets. The wall ceilings are full of fungus spots.

The host is amazing. The property is good in terms of location.

Lovely room with balcony overlooking the pool. Very clean. Great location with bars & restaurants & shops nearby. Walking distance into the town & the beach. Staff very friendly & helpful & English speaking. Lovely breakfast. Anh was a perfect host. Very attentive to all her guests. She recommended the best places to visit & arranged hotel & transport & trips for our next stay in Hanoi.

Great place to stay in Hoi An. Booked for 3 days, but ended up staying for 6. Room was ok, working AC and big beds. View towards the pool from a nice balcony area. Clean pool, but not too much sun due to the high walls. Good egg breakfast and coffee. A bit of a walk away from the old town, but that was no problem. Close to beautiful rice fields and good restaurants. The staff however was what made this a great stay. Room cleaned every day. They really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Camilla says thank you for the yoga class! Would have stayed longer if the place wasn't fully booked!!

The rooms were nice and clean, the hosts made us feel right at home, helped us with booking activities, gave us great recommendations. I couldn’t praise My Anh and Phi enough, amazing people, I just wish I stayed longer. Breakfast was awesome too and included in the price.

Very friendly and helpful owner that spoke very good English. She also quickly assisted with other booking trips. Very beautiful and calming place to revive. Quiet area, though on the main route and easy access to old quarter( walking distance). Good price for what you receive.

I liked nearly everything about staying here. The mozzies could be a pain, especially on the ground floor because of the garden - but hey that's Asia.

A lovely home from home. I enjoyed staying here so much that if I hadn't had a flight booked I would have extended my stay beyond 5 nights. The atmosphere was so relaxed and My Anh, the owner, was very friendly and kind, and so was her cleaner; they both worked hard to do their best to ensure guests enjoy their stay. The breakfast was a good price (the banana pancakes were delicious) and the swimming pool was clean and shaded by the delightful garden, so it made a refreshing dip after cycling. This family run guesthouse offers free bicycles too - a nice gesture. The location was perfect for me - equidistant between Hoi An old town and the beach. Both were within easy reach if you don't mind cycling for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Unfortunately the queen bed was not available but I got two singles with a little gap. And the towels were bit fraile. Suggest replacing the old towels.

Nothing, everything was lovely

Anna and her family were lovely and made us feel very welcome in their place! Anna gave us both lots of recommendations for where to visit, which was super helpful. During our stay, we hired a motorbike 🏍 and also had our laundry cleaned, so we now have lovely smelling clothes 😊. There are two gorgeous kitty cats 🐈 here (Molly and Paula), and they are both very friendly 😊. The breakfast was very tasty and a very good price. Would 100% recommend this hotel, great price and great people 👍

The property looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and beautiful to wake up to the plants and scenery. We were treated like family throughout entire stay. The whole family were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful to make our stay in Hoi An exceptional. Could not recommend this place more - a must visit!

On our last night there was another big group there and they sang karaoke loud, but it didn't last too long and the hosts had apologised and warned us in advance.

Very friendly hosts with a nice pool. Would highly recommend.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Staff were amazing and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to easily rent a motorbike at a moment's notice and booking transportation through them was easy. Breakfast was great and there were lots of options. I would also like to add that after we had checked out and ventured out for the day, the owner let us take a shower before we caught our bus which was very considerate. Highly recommend!!!

The staff and owner are so friendly and informative. They showed us good restaurants as well as locations to sight seeing in Hoi An. The owner has connected well with other partners in Hoi An which is convenient for you to book any tours. I highly recommend this place when you travel to Hoi An

Staying here was beautiful and very convenient. The owner, Anh, helped us organize taxis, tours, bikes, online check-in and recommended very delicious and cheap Vietnamese restaurants. Anh and her family were extremely friendly and polite. She even gave us two rooms instead of one for our group of three at the same cost so that we could have a better view and the rooms were available. A truly memorable experience.
