Lovely location away from the noise, staff were very friendly and attentive, rooms were the cleanest I’ve seen so far in my month of travels through Vietnam, would definitely stay here again my next trip to Hoian, thanks guys xo

The water in the pool was too hot. Otherwise I can't think of anything I didn't like in the beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of western dishes and great choice of fruit. We didn't eat evening meals at the hotel. Front of house customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful with suggestions on activities etc.

This hotel is furnished perfectly, someone has invested a lot of time, skill and money to make this hotel look as it looks now. There are many options for breakfast and you can have it with a view to the river. Garden is landscaped tastefully and pool is really nice although water may be colder - though this may be my personal preference. Hotel is 10mins from Ancient town with grab - very close and quick to get there.

New and clean hotel. Breakfast is varied. We took a room with a view of the pool and the lake. The hotel staff is very cooperative. I forgot some of my things in the hotel room and traveled to another island, and they sent them by mail. I highly recommend staying there. It is very close to Hoi An Old Town, less than a quarter of an hour by taxi.

The staff were exceptional, very attentive to your every need. It was so good we booked extra nights. Highly recommend if you stay in Hoi An. Only a $3 or $4 (Aust) Grab ride into Old Town. Awesome.

The service here beyond 5-star standards! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, she arranged a beautiful riverview room for me. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. I took the bike out to the beach every day, a lovely touch. The cocktails were also delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience

Such a quiet and romantic place, great for relaxing. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the new mountain bikes and the free minivan to the beach. Way better than we expected!

The brilliant customer service, clean and tidy hotel, fantastic location. The hotel is perfectly situated along the river and rice paddies and nestled between the beach and the old town. I couldn't reccomned this hotel more for people who value a quite retreat after exploring the busy side streets of the old town or the swimming at the beach. Pro tip - use the free bikes to traverse the rice paddies and stop off for a drink at one of the resteraunts.

Our family stayed at Nesta Hoian Resort & Spa for 4 days, and it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms were lovely and spotless. The pool was pristine, and the surroundings were beautifully maintained and peaceful. The breakfast was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Absolutely stunning beautiful resort overlooking the river. Large, beautiful rooms. The breakfast is incredible - a huge selection. The pool is large, clean and well maintained. The staff can help with everything and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. You can borrow bikes for free, the beach is only 5 minutes away and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. Luxury stay!

Rooms were quite small. No gym & spa as yet. Pool was nice, but around the pool had a smell (fertiliser smell?)

Great value for money. Fantastic service. Accomodation was clean. 10-15 mins from Hoi An town. Buffet was modest, but adequate. Pool was clean and warm.

We (4 people) come here for 1 night stay and feel surely pleased by the experience here. Service: Great. Everybody is so nice and make me feel like they are really care about the guests. Facility: Good. Very new and I love the Indochina style & the design. Location: Near Cua Dai beach rather than near Hoi An. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach & we love it. They also provide shuttle bus & bicycles to Hoi An
