They made my stay so enjoyable ! The staff is so kind and very caring and also give you all the informations needed. Everything is clean and beds are so comfy. Hotel is well located, I’ve done a lot of sightseeings by walk. Also, the breakfast is so delicious and diversified. You feel the hard work and great energy of the team 🥰 I highly and surely recommend ✌🏻

It was clean, beautifully presented and easy to find

Amazing stay at the San Palace. The front desk were so kind and very knowledgeable/ English language was very good/ Ngoc and Linh were so professional and advised us on everything we needed. We were very thankful to brother Linh who went out of his way to help us book a last min hotel on the night of our flight. Due to the road closures for the 80 year Vietnam celebrations we were advised to move closer to the airport. He called hotels for us and sorted everything to make it easier for our children. The hotel is clean and rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was good and had a selection of food. Location was very good - right in the heart of Old Town Quarters with lots of services, food and coffee shops within minutes of the hotel. The kids enjoyed their stay and I would be sure to book this hotel again.

My only issue was the size of the breakfast dining area and not enough choices for vegetarian options. I don't mind the busy sounds of Hanoi but you may want to consider if you are a light sleeper.

The pool was smaller than the pictures suggest and not in the best shape The lobby air con needs some cleaning as the smell was a bit off, but the rooms were semlling nice.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We had a wonderful time, just like the first time. All the staff are very kind and helpful and take care of you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Special thanks to William, who arranged both our airport transfers and the trip to Halong Bay. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Hanoi!

A beautiful hotel just a few minutes' walk from the famous train route. We had a wonderful time; the staff was truly kind and always available. We also enjoyed the massages: top! We chose to return here on our return to Hanoi.

Excellent location in the middle of Old Quarter of Hanoi, slightly noisy due to Hanoi traffic and its central location. You can do a lot by walking. Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Special thank you to Tracey, Luna and William!

Breakfast area little small with hardly enough seats for the guests

The staff were fantastic and so helpful. The location was brilliant, very close to Train Street and 20 minutes walk to Beer Street. Lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The dining room is in the same room as the reception which was a little strange. Also, when we booked our room it showed the balcony as having seating and a table however, this was not there and when we asked they were unable to provide them which was disappointing as this was a main reason for booking this hotel.

Very comfortable and well-appointed. Location was great - an easy walk to the old town. Pool whilst not for swimming laps was perfect to cool off after sight-seeing. Breakfast very good and staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and doorman.

water in the pool could be a bit cleaner; you can see here and there that the hotel is a bit worn out, but everything is clean; room is quite small, but was okay for us

Great position in the centre of the old town with a lovely street food market close by. Also so close to the train street. The centre is only a short 15min walk away. Staff were excellent organising a fantastic trip to Ha Long bay for us. Really responsive for any questions you had.

Very friendly staff. They will help you with every question. I would really recommend to stay here. Perfect location, good facilities and nice breakfast.

Small hotel with lovely staff. The building is narrow and tall but they managed to have a tiny pool on the rooftop. The pool was surprisingly cool, even though it was very hot outside. We had a regular double room, which was pretty small but functional and the family room which was very spacious. The breakfast was good quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and pleasant. All the amenities were present and replenished when needed. Breakfast was the best we have had in Vietnam so far. ( been here 6 weeks). Great coffee. Right near train street. Good restaurants nearby.

Pool area was very tight and we chose not to use it after the first day. There was not enough shade or space for the size of the hotel.

The whole experience from entering the hotel and meeting Tracy was exceptional . She explained everything to us about the service we would get and also some great tips of getting around and places to see and eat at , when leaving to go to halong bay, Tracy organised to store our extra baggage and do a laundry wash for us for when we got back in a few days , the whole staff were very friendly and helpful, that made our first few days in vietnam very pleasant

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Rooftop pool and bar while small was very needed on a hot day. Great value for money.

Rooms were a little tired, did not like the glass separating the beds and bathroom.
