SingaporeThe toothbrush and toothpaste provided are of very low quality. The bristles come off immediately when brushing, and gets stuck in the teeth. Would recommend just avoiding them completely. Staff does not speak English. Bugs are plentiful too. Does not provide water bottle. Wanted to check out at 4am for sunrise, and found out that there was no staff manning the counter and the gates were shuttled. The staff had gone somewhere in the hotel to sleep. Luckily, my driver was able to contact the staff via phone call.

EstoniaThe rooms door lets too much noise coming through. We could hear basically every step and word said in the lobby 3 floors down, and the door had ventilation holes or something you could even see through the door. The room had a bit weird smell but we got used to it.
We paid 19$aud for two nights. Location was nice a bit more quiet street and everything was close. Staff were welcoming and you could drink tea in the lobby.

New ZealandNo kettle in the room and only 1 mug when we arrived, asked owner and he supplied them both straight away. Bed was pretty solid, so not comfortable at all. No aircon, but there was a fan which was actually enough, as DA Lat is a little cooler anyway.
Great location, right in the heart of the city, down a small street by the canal, which was lovely to walk along. Owner very friendly

Good location and allowed early check in after we’d been on an overnight bus and we arrived early. Room was huge and comfortable.

Great location - walking distance to lake and night markets. The host was super friendly - I booked a dorm, but he gave me a private room at no extra charge. Upholding the Vietnamese reputation for exceptional friendless and hospitality. Can't recommend enough if you're visiting Da Lat.

Staff good. Unfortunately our bus turned up super early so we woke owner up, they quickly tried to accommodate us. Allowing us to sleep on the top floor.

United KingdomThere was no aircon even though it says on here that do have aircon and looking at reviews afterwards this has been a problem for over a year and still not sorted out. The bathroom had a sewage smell after a day and there was mold on our first toilet roll. The staff didn’t apologise for the aircon or mold issue and said a fan is good enough. Would not recommend!

Perfect location. Within walking distance of the night market, restaurants and the lake. It's located in a side street of the main road, so you're not bothered by noise. The host is super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with a good shower. Price and quality are on point.

United KingdomAdvertised as having air conditioning - THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Only a fan, which was fine, but should remove that there is Aircon from the listing. The bathroom is covered in black mold. We spent as little time in the room as possible because this is a health hazard. All around the sink and the roof was black mold. There is a window in the bathroom which we had open 24/7, but still a strong smell of mold. This needs to be sorted as it is damaging to guests health.
Good sized room, comfy bed, good location, warm shower, WiFi worked well.

CanadaRate of 6 correspond to a pleasant stay and this is wath we got. There were only one trash can in the room (in the bathroom). We had to close the toilet door at all time because there were sometimes bugs coming out of the pipes (staff were helping remove them). Smoking is not allowed in the room, but seems like people were smoking in the hotel because often it smelled cigaretts for a few minutes in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't got room services. The room was not super clean, but was ok.
Beds were really confortable, shower is very luxurious and nice to use. Really easy to rent scooter with the hotel directly with the staff there. Staff was very kind and helpful when we were asking for something. Elevatoe works really well. The hotel look nice.

NetherlandsHowever, the downside was how noisy it was. The walls seemed very thin – we could hear people talking, shouting, running in the hallways, kids screaming, and even furniture being moved around. These noises started early in the morning around 7 AM and went on until late at night. I’m a light sleeper, so unfortunately I didn’t sleep well at all. Also, the bed was quite hard, which didn’t help.
We had a bit of a mixed stay here. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely lovely very kind and welcoming. We arrived at 7:30 AM after a long night on the bus, and they let us check in right away, which was such a relief. The room itself was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
