We were staying overnight in Dong Hoi after getting a late train, and this place was perfect. Host was very friendly and accommodating, staying up for us when the train was even later than expected. Clean and comfortable and right by the station

We stayed here for 12 hrs waiting for the train. The location is perfect, the hosts are so sweet, there are many great restaurants just a 1 - 3 minute walk. Best of all, the Homestay was very clean, the bed was soft (unlike most in Vietnam), the water pressure was great and hot water. Very spotless and brand new inside. Thanks for a great stay

Just be prepared to haul luggage up stairs. Only take cash so can’t pay with credit card … but cheap enough !

Fantastic little motel just 100m from Dong Hoi station - only 3 rooms. No lift so be prepared to haul your luggage up the flight of stairs to your room. Fantastic value for money we stayed here to catch a 6:45 am train. The rooms were clean and tidy, air conditioned. Great eateries next door. The lady owner stayed up to wash 2 x loads of laundry for us prior to our onward trip which was really appreciated seeing we just finished the Caves adventure hike and had smelly laundry with us. Highly recommend.

What a little gem of a place. This is one of the best small hotels I have stayed in on my travels from HCMC to Ha Giang and back. It is very new, the people are lovely and there is parking for motorbikes in the forecourt. It's only 200 metres from the Dong Hoi train station and is a perfect base for trips to Phong Nha caves. Cafes abound within metres of the hotel.

Very little hot water and sink drain is smelly. Strange bathroom design overall. All acceptable considering the low price and location for one night.

The owner was able to do our laundry for 60k and have it ready before our 5AM train. We borrowed a Yamaha Sirius motorcycle for 150k with no issues. 10 minutes to Dong Hoi center. It's 3 minutes to the train station by foot. We're able to store our bags in the room at 7AM, well before check-in. Fairly recently built/renovated.

Very close to the train station which was perfect as we had an early morning train. The staff woke up for us so we could check out which was kind of them at 3am. The property has all your basic needs, good shower, comfy bed and lots of places to eat around the area.
